It's called "learning a language". When you're the leader of a nation, you're kind of expected to be able to deal with other cultures. This involves diplomacy, aside from the usual warmongering.
Also, orcs and humans speaking a different language only became a thing in WoW. In the earlier games Orcs were casually chatting to Humans if they somehow didn't start smashing each others' healthbars in already.

Most races of Azeroth have learned the human language called Common. Thus, common. Horde players can't speak common though, thanks to the attitude of players from alpha

The horde is the closest to the good guys in this whole clusterfuck, afaik they never started a conflict outside of garrosh's shit, while both the forsaken and the tauren extended an olive branch to the alliance way back and they just went lolno urded/cow.

That's not the Horde. Those were the mind controlled warp crazed servants of the legion.
It's only in Warcraft 3 after Thrall takes control of the Orcs and leads them to Kalimdor that the Horde is established.
