I got a 22" monitor, I never need people to resize.
I got a 21" 1680x1050 and I would very much like it if people re-sized and linked to the fullversion by clicking the image.
I hate big images on a forum, it laggs down the scrolling and you get fucking tired of it when you refresh the page.

Twas fun to make. Watched 7 of the 171 videos of drawing the human being from your mind. This is what I got out of it so far, it's pretty fucked up and wrong I know. But so far only learned the very basic shapes and placements, not how to draw actual parts of the body in a realistic manner.
what the fuck his tits

Not to be rude but I think you have a lot of watching to do yet.

Logo made for a friend
I broke out an old Olympus OM-1 I've got in the closet. I didn't have any film, so I stuck my digital camera's lens right into the viewfinder of the camera and took a shot:

Here's the actual camera:

The film camera has inspired me to try to test out some post processing (to make photos look like film). I grabbed a picture I took of a P-51D Mustang and gave it a try:

Any constructive criticism?

The one of the plane is, the rest are from my camera.
Since we're all posting our drawings of people here's a sketch of mine:

Fun facts: I can't draw heads, hands or hair.
Not entirely sure if this deserves a thread, so I'll take the safer route.

A character concept for a video game idea I once had.
~5 hours in Photoshop
Fun Fact: I only used the brush and eraser tools.
His head looks kind of small and his feet look odd. Cool character though, I like the weapon in the right hand.
Everything is out of perspective and proportions.
Photographer people, what can you tell me about Lightroom? Is it OK or should I give up learning it before I even start?
I made some crap before and I loved it. I wanna know what you think.

Sweet. Have you seen the new digital olympus. No screen but has DSLR. I have no idea if it has the same results though.

It's okay, but if you have the means to get photoshop get it instead, the raw editing is easier to understand and just as powerful. It doesn't have all the fancy stuff like presets and the like but the interface is much cleaner.

If by presets you mean a lot of effects or adjustements done to the picture in one click, then you can always just make your own in Photoshop by recording an action and give it a hotkey.

That you can.
I have both (PS CS2 and the newest Lightroom) and I find Lightroom more friendly and simple, at least for things I'm doing, which is color modification and that kind of minor changes.
I've never used a preset though, I could try that.

I know its anime/manga style, but it's what I enjoy.
Any critics?
Also if its in the wrong place, sorry!

I used lightroom for a while, but I don't know. I guess I got too used to photoshop. I like CS4 because I can do all my raw editing, basic stuff, and if I want to do some real deep work on it I can do it right there.

I still use CS3, I feel it has everything I need for the moment. What new things are in CS4 anyways?

I don't know of very many Olympus cameras (just the EP-1 and the one I've got), but I'll go check it out. Is it a retro-looking digital SLR?
