Creative work that doesn't deserve a thread V2 - General

It's kind of a trip hop type track I'm working on but could be used in video game or something. Here's a sample. It's a bit boring at the moment. [url]http://www.dump.no/files/0ab68f0560d4/test.mp3[/url] Feedback would be great :D One thing I wanna ask is that does the bass sound okay to everyone, too much, too little? I only have 2 pairs of headphones to test with and they both play it differently. Thanks

I've just been trying some night sky photography. Most of it has turned out ok apart from when the exposures ~10 minutes or longer. A purple blob appears in the same place each time. Here's a test shot I took. Shutter speed is 10 min, f 7.1, ISO 200. Nikon D70s [img]http://www.cubeupload.com/files/174a00dsc6620.jpg[/img] I'm just wondering if this is normal for such a long exposure or whether by CCD is fucked. Also it's not from a light source as I get it in the same place regardless of where I point the camera. OK, apparently it's infrared photons from the heat of the chip readout circuits. Or something. :/

So, I recently got back into playing Skate 2.. (I usually have nothing better to do) and I wanted to try out the "create your own graphic" deal. So I made the facepunch logo out of circles, ovals, and rectangles... It gets very boring at my house. [img]http://img25.imageshack.us/img25/6990/facepunch.jpg[/img] I wasn't even gonna put it up here, but it was actually harder to make than it looks.

But I just found out that there is a white box coming out of the side of the logo, and for some reason it won't save over the old one when I delete it.. but oh well. thanks for the info though, I'll edit them in a bit.
