Nothing like an outdoor lab on campus, get to enjoy all that goodness.
Smoking before bed usually dampens my dreams, but hot cocoa or a glass of milk while I'm smoking and when I fall asleep, I'm REM cycling like I'm a kid again. I havent slept this well or had that intense of a dream for years. Still have to find the key to lucidity, though. I haven't had a lucid dream since I was like 16 and I only had one, at that.

Two days ago I turned my ex onto drinking milk before bed. He has insomnia and most nights he lays in bed for a couple hours awake, but when he drinks milk before bed he doesn't stay awake in bed, he falls asleep, and doesn't wake up every hour. Finally got him to realize that he doesn't need to be drunk to sleep.

So hey, I know at least one of you guys, consciousness I think, has some experience with ADD. Now I know what everyone's thinking with my recent use of adderall, but really I honest to god think the reason I enjoy adderall, and in such low doses is because I think I might actually have ADD. I was reading up on a couple websites about the symptoms and I sure did check off quite a few... Impulsive, I always interrupt people when they're telling a story, I have feelings of inadequence, easily bored, only really pay attention to what I want, and apparently anxiety and depression have a higher chance of occurring in ADD individuals, both of which I have in moderate levels. I know I gotta talk to a doc, but I don't wanna seem like a drug seeker either, I just want the help I need, if I could just sit down and focus on what I needed to do everyday and get shit done, rather than dick around and worry about what I have to do that day I'd finally be able to get the ball rolling with my life. Anyone have any thoughts/advice?
hope this is drug enough but [t]http://static1.michael84.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/smirnoff-threeflaves2-720x573.jpg[/t] hngggg

everyone does
I have ADD A Dangle Dick. Yeah son
The only thing I'd get from my doctor if I was diagnosed with AD(H)D is Vyvanse, which I guess is pretty similar.
I really gotta get a prescription soon for ADD, I have some trouble focusing on classes at times

Anyone have any thoughts/advice?
I have ADHD and I've had a lot of experience tuning my medication to just the right medication/dose, my advice is go to the doctor and see what they think, if there's a chance you'll be prescribed concerta/Ritalin, try to get them to give you Focalin instead because it has way less side effects (might be more expensive though) If you don't like how a medication is making you feel, talk your doctor about trying a different one or adjusting the dose. It shouldn't be so much that you can especially feel the effects in your body, from my experience For example I just took a 5mg Focalin IR and I can feel the circulation changing in my legs or another sensation like that, that's okay because it's IR but if it was an extended release medication that would be a bad sign and it would probably come with some bad side effects like blunted affect or headaches [editline]9th October 2014[/editline]
If those are the symptoms of ADD, I have ADD
Everybody has those symptoms but it's the degree of them that matters; if they're enough to interfere with your daily life a significant amount then it's likely ADHD
I really need to make an appointment with my doctor. I broke my phone screen again. I feel like I go insane when I get impatient. I just can't control it anymore. I'm really losing it.
What’s your personal experience with marijuana? Steves: I never smoked in America because I didn’t want to go with the pressure until I went to Afghanistan and it just felt like this is a cultural thing to do, so I smoked a little in India and Afghanistan. I have smoked very casually ever since I was a student. It’s not a big deal in my life. I just really believe in civil liberties. I am a tax-paying, kid-raising, church-going, hard-working American citizen. If I work hard all day long and I want to go home and in the privacy of my own living room and smoke a joint and just stare at the fireplace for three hours, that is my civil liberty.
Source: http://www.oregonlive.com/marijuana/index.ssf/2014/10/rick_steves_campaigns_for_mari.html
I've been sick as hell all day but some friends stop by to use my Arizer Solo and got me baked. I have the only Solo in the entire town/town over so people literally come to my house asking to smoke with me out of it. It's a very nice surprise today. From what I know, I believe Vyvanse is pure dexamphetamine compared to adderalls ~70%. Also, from my experiences Vyvanse lasts longer (~12 hours), but it's less noticeable if you understand what I'm saying? Like, adderall is better for recreational purposes :v:
dextroamphetamine*
kfc down weed to go
Source: http://www.oregonlive.com/marijuana/index.ssf/2014/10/rick_steves_campaigns_for_mari.html
Looking at a fireplace during cold winter nights outside is actually really really nice. Reading a book with a very lively flame that lights the room, without the need for electrical light, gives a warming atmosphere, almost mesmerizing.
I believe Vyvanse is one of the more highly desired prescription stimulants?
It is. I want it since my doctor isn't going to prescribe concerta again after I abused it. It's the only one left! Fuuuuck. I am actually going to a therapist for substance abuse over christmas break. so yeah.
I can't smoke weed anymore. It gives me too much anxiety and I start hearing voices. It's fucking awful. Sign me up for opiates or benzos any day though.
I get the same thing from weed, I should really stop. I do normally have them when I'm sober as well. Which is why I have anti-psychotics, now all I get from weed is amplified shitty feelings and a massive headache.

I just learned that my father is bipolar, and that could have something to do with how I feel. I made the appointment, so I will be able to talk to my doctor on the 15th about my lung and sinus congestion, as well as my anger, anxiety, and social problems. I hope it goes well. I was asked if I have been to Dulles Int'l Airport or West Africa in the last 21 days while they scheduled the appointment. I answered with "NO, Thank God!" If I get Ebola just incinerate me immediately.
