Having a party mix of sativa, indica, and CBD and out of nowhere some guys right belowy balcony started having a rap battle
im gonna go carve myself a wooden pipe now that TCB mentioned it. I had a pretty baller one back in the day that I made but it was stolen during a pretty big smoke sesh while passed out.
The Sunn O))) and Boris collab album made me lose my fucking mind after a bowl of AVB. Wow.
Man.... I dunno what to do when I really like a girl but she's dating another guy, but apparently they fight and such, and she has an eating disorder and in a way I can totally relate with my drug addiction and anxieties in general but there's just nothing I can do... poop on a stick.
Finally decently very high
Woo, this party mix turned out awesome. It's clear headed, but still lots of CEVs, and very relaxed
Holy shiet
Party tonight got cancelled, which sucks because I've got two weeks off college and this was the only thing I was looking forward to. Haven't been invited to anything for Halloween. Bored bored bored.

Why not do them together
Why not do them together
i've read some really good stories about mixing them together, so i'm definitely considering it. dont wanna shell out too much money though.
I was a backer for the kick starter (My name is in the credits yay). I watched it as soon as it came out and I have to say the movie is... OK. What do I mean by ok, well it has it's ups and downs. The film is about marijuana general, like seriously, you could rename this movie to 'weed the social construction plant' because the movie talks about how weed has all of these impacts on society whether it be caused by the plant itself or society. This thing is 2 hours long, pretty lengthy and has a ton, I mean a ton of info. This film is very good at not only touching base on a lot of subjects but giving the viewer a small root of info to grab onto to that then should get you to research yourself the rest of the info. The movie talks about everything (the police, pharmaceutical company, medicine, politics, society, stigma, censorship, etc) regarding pot, so many big topics that, to be honest, is just too much for one movie. I get it, we needed a movie to show all of the social aspects affected by weed, and it does a good job of being a sociologically heavy documentary, however it loses a main message of the movie. You know how after The Union you were left with a general message that was complete like "the union shows the underground business of getting high and how its here to stay". Well, this film is more like "the culture high shows how weed is kinda ok and we should realize by now how much of a shit head we all are about and yeah these people are keeping us down". It's just less of a centralized message that brings down my review of the doc.
To be honest, most of the info in the film I already knew, regarding the sociological impacts and reasons why other interests keep it illegal and such. As much as this film teaches you it also has it's clear agenda which I feel like could have easily been toned down in the script. What I mean by this is that there are MANY times where they present some actual information, lets say about pharmaceutical companies paying docs to attend a convention to be sold drugs, and then follow the scene up with snoop dog saying something like "yeah man its fucked up". Thanks snoop dog, I didn't know that doctors being turned into drug dealers is a bad thing. Its little scenes like that where they give you actually good info, only to follow it up with fluff like a celebrity literally just re-iterating the info they just told you into a layman response that adds nothing to the conversation. This stuff gets under my skin so it really brought down my opinion of the film, but that doesn't mean there are some good nuggets of knowledge in there.
Here's the thing, does it have good info to educate the general public on the issue, absolutely. Does it have its own agenda and is slightly poisoned by it, absolutely. Does it encourage you to then go and take a deeper look at the subject on your own, absolutely. Will this help someone who is ignorant about the subject, absolutely. But will it convince a hardcore prohibitionist, unlikely because of the way it attacks prohibition-ism. It is a well put together film as it goes from major point to major point, but it suffers by trying to interject its own opinion at the very crucial times when the viewer should have a moment to make their own opinion on the subject. By having celebs do the shit I mentioned earlier it raises that red flag of 'wow this film straight up just paid this person to say that sentence". This is supposed to add more weight to a subject that has enough significance on its own but instead it makes the info seem a little less genuine.
In the end this is an ok documentary, but a good movie to simply exist. It's another powerful tool to help convey the message that the drug problem is a society problem that needs everyone's help. It does what it should do, give you some good roots of information that says "hey weed has impact on X, Y, and Z, here is some info about it, but this is a fluid discussion so you should then take this info, go to google and look around and see more about what we're talking about". You will see there is some anger and frustration in this film (there is literally a sob story in it that really kills the subject for me because it could have been done is such a less dramatic and more convincing fashion) which is understandable since prohibition has wrecked so many lives, but c'mon keep it a little less "fuck the establishment" please, no one likes that type of soapbox crap. Overall good doc, but has it's serious flaws that keep it from being THE doc that it tried so hard, maybe too hard to be.
Thanks for your input, gonna watch it later I think :)
Man, I have no idea what I want to pursue in life anymore. I want to join the military, but have no idea what I want to do within the field. I'm stuck between a couple options: Join the Air Force for a profession in the technology field, and then after my service get a job in that field, Join another branch and do something like Special Forces/Infantry and then stay in the military/become a cop after service, or go to college and get a degree in something and then get a job in that field. I'm mostly worried about not doing well in life later on and not enjoying what I'm doing.
so when did this evolution thing become what the kids are hip and cool with
A friend from the dodgy parts of my city got arrested the other day, he was trying so hard to stay away from the drugs crime and violence life that you inevitably get tangled with if you come from there, but he couldn't do it apparently
Charged with possession of class B with intent to supply, possession of an offensive weapon and something else
Not defending his actions, he knew what he was doing and he's an idiot for carrying a weapon and being in the place he was but it still sucks
He was really smart too, good grades and shit and was always mindful about fixing up his life
oh well, gg danny

when silk road 1 got taken down
I just found out the other day there's a road right next to my house called Silk Road. Drove down it and thought I was imagining things when I read the sign. It's a deathtrap of a road, just say no to using it.
It's made a bit more amusing by the fact it's joined to Higher Lane, Bakedstonedale Road, Blaze Hill and is next to a wood called Ladbitch.
Literally didn't know those other ones until now, what 420 dude was naming these places.
lol it's actually even called The Silk Road, this has to be some conspiracy level shit.
The road running next to my campus is actually named High Street
It's so fitting in every sense of the word
what's this escrow thing i'm hearing about

We have a High Street off of Weed St. The "Weed St" sign was stolen so many times that they eventually put it half way up a telephone pole, lol

I think it's an anti scamming mechanism but I could be wrong.
Instead of the BTC going straight to the vendor after you purchase, they stay in a holding area until you finalize your purchase.
