holy fuck this is chill by comparison
some people store their weed in deodorant containers and shit with dryer sheets and it usually leaves a residue that gives the weed a weird flavor [editline]16th December 2014[/editline] oh i forgot i have a bottle of st johns wort. i should start taking that daily again
So I dunno how many of yas have heard but yesterday some dick took a bunch of people hostage in sydney, professing the islamic faith but claiming to support ISIS now I know all religions have been causes of violence through extreme subscribers that misinterpret what religion is about, using it as an excuse for war, violence, conflict but I don't know how I feel about the situation as a whole currently, it feels like we're getting closer and closer to a war especially where i'm at, and it's not even like there isn't already 'war' going on, it's almost always happening all over the world in various places from what we can gather, but it's not quite intense, not full on it's odd because, people are seeing these extreme ends of cultural conflict and directly attributing it to the opposition's religion as a whole; but in a way, the opposite could very likely be said about us in the neighboring countries I'm really curious on this whole religion thing so I started looking into it a fair bit more, solely because I don't want to be taking a position of ignorance and would you believe it, islam is basically moer or less the same as christianity under a different set of social traditions, stories, and obviously it reflects their culture as a whole now this whole thing where people are taking a stance saying things like "Told ya we shouldn't of let em in, no muslim should be allowed into the country' this is still in a sense an extreme religious perspective; this person has become afraid of an alternative culture because they fear what they don't know, and what they've seen is one tiny speck on the very edges of the clash between culture and religions; so like, this dude was from the middle-east and supporting ISIS; 20% of muslims are from the middle-east, a large number sure, but the majority of muslims aren't even from there, let alone the amount directly associated to ISIS? even in the middle east it'd be a very select few, this once again comes down to something that's been playing at my mind for a long time All religions seem to claim that everything happens for a reason; and that is basically god's wisdom with everything being predetermined to happen, I'll go in depth but I mean well, christianity calls that something 'god' and his infinite wisdom and where judgement comes from, the totality of existence (I'll expand on why shortly) (tibetan)buddhism calls that something 'the wisdom mind of the buddha', the totality of existence ATHEISTS say this, they deny 'God', or 'Buddha' as deities, but they believe in predetermined reality under the assumption that science means this 'god' thing doesn't exist, and they call it the universe, nature, the totality of existence Islam is just the same; '"Say: 'Nothing will happen to us except what Allah has decreed for us: He is our protector'' replace allah with physics, chemistry, science, god, everyone of them teaches how to be a good person WITHIN the boundaries of the culture they share; this is a result of evolution and distance, great distances between nations and lots of time, all nations are formed by religions, to some degree, as religion has a huge impact on the culture, and reflects said culture in attempts to help keep things stable in relations between individuals by respecting the totality of existence by being good people to eachother and the world around us, through different rituals, teachings of morality, and direct reflection of what is happening within the society at that time the 'word of god' 'allah' 'buddha wisdom' in any regard is just the words of people self reflecting and sharing wisdom on life through direct experience, essentially everyone does this to some degree; this is how people learn things about the world, life, but obviously given different parameters such as location, there'd be different evolutions of the same thing as conditions make a huge impact on society not to mention the wide range of genetics, personalities, opinions, everyone will have different wisdom to impart on the world; but in any regard it's all under a unifying flag of culture formed by language so yeah. Basically, all religions are the same thing but the extremists cause fear and are presented as 'terrorists' by any means necessary by equal extremists on the other side of the border, the part about every religion everyone misses and where people get confused? If reality is predetermined, that means fate is real, and it's guided by uncontrollable forces; "although events are pre-ordained, man possesses free will in that he or she has the faculty to choose between right and wrong, and is thus responsible for his actions." This too is a part of islamic faith; free will. So is free will real? Christianity suggests so, buddhism says so, islam says so, atheists, despite believing in predetermined reality, like to let on so; They'll say things like "he should have made better decisions, he should empower himself instead of believing in fairy tales", this suggests free will, but when asked to scientifically explain free will they'll claim it's predetermined by chemical reactions and all that. essentially everyone acts through this thing we consider free will, and there's the option to do good or bad depending on whether you believe you have the will to do good, or not; being tricked into believing things like "everything's predetermined so there must be war and conflict to consume other religious beliefs and spread terror" is basically what every religious extremist does, because they like to believe their way of life is 100% correct with no room for error now we have this interesting thing happening in australia where we openly let other people into our country of all race and religion, and it's doing this awesome thing where culture is quickly 'assimilating' Every country has migrants, but what we're seeing here is people waking up to the reality that there's no need to discriminate between people and impart immediate judgement based on insignificant differences, but be open and accepting to eachother regardless; this is likely happening in america and other nations as well, but I think we are definitely on the right path, The wars don't happen due to differences in beliefs, it's due to ignorance of our own beliefs and how we're all in this together as small parts of the whole, corruption and ignorance of our own beliefs which teach us to be kind to our fellow humans and not impart judgement upon them whether you're jewish, atheist, budhist, islamic, or otherwise, and it's those that make up the extreme ends of the spectrum when in direct conflict; whether it be by choice to be an asshat or because someone challenges their religious views on life too many asshats and you get full scale terror spreading, the reaction to the terror is somewhat unavoidable, because it always brings us one step closer to a unifying set of morals and ethics, whether one culture 'wins' over the other or it's all assimilated into a multicultural entity with a higher level of wisdom readily available as a result; There's more people on facebook using things like the #illridewithyou hashtag than there is people that are spreading hate currently, but then you get this cool thing happening where the people supporting the unity are against the ideals of those supporting conflict; so they're spreading love, in a way, so long as their cultural idea of 'unity and open compassion to all humans without prejudice and immediate judgement based on fears' is supported, people saying things like "If they wanna come here they better be ready to learn to live like australians", And what they mean by this is peacefully with equal respect for eachother; but other people are calling out these statements saying how they're racist and things like that because they're even more extreme on the belief religion is a cultural brand, we only identify the theistic ones as major, but it's memespread through language, even if you try to be atheist you're still culturally branded by a set of beliefs big corporations? kinda, in a sense, but we tend to think of all corporations as just things like bankers, media, etc etc, truth is, whenever groups of people get together, they form a corporation which determines how they interact through themselves, with eachother and in relation to the outside world. Reddit, forums, friends, workplaces, companies of business If I follow through on study of psychology in university, this social psychology is probably what I would like to research and get involved in
I kinda disagree with 65% of what you said there, but it's 6.20am of an unslept night and I gotta get up in about 2.. But we're getting back at this.

I'll usually eat it if I get pulled over, I can always get more and eating a $10-$20 bill is fine by me in comparison to the legal troubles that can follow. Has anyone else eaten weed before? I have and I don't regret it, but one thing I've noticed is that farts/bowel movements will just extremely smell strongly of weed. It makes sense but damn, I didn't know the scent would be that strong, like it's just dank and that's it. :v: Just saying lol.

[QUOTE=Consciousness;46724605]you mean like directly eating weed or actually preparing it first? I get those dank farts after brownies and what not[/QUOTE] I mean straight up eating weed because you just got pulled over. those brownie farts have nothing on this. :v: You ever been there before?
[QUOTE=Consciousness;46724605]you mean like directly eating weed or actually preparing it first? I get those dank farts after brownies and what not[/QUOTE] He means, sirens going, lights flashing behind you. Ram all them little nugs in your mouth and swallow that shit whole, the pigs are on patrol.
[QUOTE=Joscpe;46724702]He means, sirens going, lights flashing behind you. Ram all them little nugs in your mouth and swallow that shit whole, the pigs are on patrol.[/QUOTE] That is exactly what I mean. I couldn't have said it better myself.
i seriously missed part of your comment and it was literally right there lol my mistake, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It's amazing just how fast I sober up from alcohol, specially with beer. [editline]16th December 2014[/editline] I wish to be drunk again. [editline]16th December 2014[/editline] I'll just listen to music, and ignore my cravings.
/b/ro you've let me down for the last time
[QUOTE=Consciousness;46724755]i seriously missed part of your comment and it was literally right there lol my mistake, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯[/QUOTE] Lol, have you ever eaten straight weed though, for one reason or another? Just curious, I'm fairly certain it's a somewhat common occurrence depending on the circumstances but I've only ever been there twice, and I only ever ate it once, a buddy ate it the other time. My past experiences made me realize it really doesn't happen as often as you would think it does, unless you are on an incredibly bad streak of luck, or you just can't eat the amount you have on you in which case good luck anyways.
[QUOTE=mrmr;46724977]/b/ro you've let me down for the last time[/QUOTE] i somehow doubt that [editline]16th December 2014[/editline] what have i done though? :v:
I can't even come close to falling asleep. So I think I'm going to go for a walk. I'd drive, but even though I'm sober, I know there's booze in my system. My mouth is actually salivating for a beer. [editline]16th December 2014[/editline] Nice, it's raining too. I'm going to walk around town, take the tracks back and hope for.a.train.
Jesus christ it feels good to not to be high on amphetamie that finals week was brutal
Saw a woman drive down her driveway and smack right into her friend's van. Further attesting to my theory that women never watch as they back up. Well, I don't hear any train coming. [editline]16th December 2014[/editline] [t]http://i.imgur.com/fmeo9Eo.jpg[/t]
