I like how the "Company Assets Award" which is the award for best representation of women in games has literally nothing but NSFW cropped images besides FFXV being a picture of Cindy's cleavage, Dishonored 2 which uses the regular image of Emily, and Honey Select oddly enough which is a porn game.
Oh fuck the "High Test award" is the same thing except for male characters and none of them are sfw if they were to show the whole image.

2016 was a full of individuals doing shitty stuff towards the industry.
normally its easy to blame bethesda, activision, ubisoft and EA as the worst, but with the steady rise and focus put on shit being "indie", small studios and devs are proving to be just as bad if not worse than their AAA counterparts - specially when they market themselves as that: the counterpart to said "greedy corporations".
I sincerely hope that Inafune and Hello Games's actions last year scarred the blind trust that the entire industry built towards the so called indie studios for a long time. specially seeing how people are putting the likeness of Kojima and others on a Pantheon even before they have relased a single bit of info of what they are working on.
