Red is rebels, green is government, whit is no conflict, pink is are controlled by political allies of rebels, blue is area controlled by allies of government.
Blue dots are estimated positions of NATO/EU fleets

While I in no way support the civil war, I must say that people dying is not necessarily a bad thing - there are a lot of idiots and assholes who could do with a nice slice of DEATH. If Gadaffi died, would you be sad?

FINAL UPDATE FOR 06/03/11: It's been a day of intensified fighting in Libya, with forces loyal to Col Gaddafi mounting strong counter-attacks against rebel-controlled areas. As things stand, there appears to be a stalemate, with government forces in control of the west of the country, while the mood among the rebels in control of much of the east remains grim, but defiant.

Well the picture was taken near Bin Jawad which rebels have manged to hold onto after pro-Govt troops attacked in the dead of night, So hopefully all are well but who knows?
an epic story unfolds to be told for generations to come
I wonder how this is going to turn out, I hope the Rebels succeed in their course.
