Being tired is not good for logical thinking, at least for me. However, when i'm tired i do get more creative and artistic.
I get all my best ideas at night, but I'm too tired to do anything about them so I always forget about them.

I think that i'm smarter when i'm tired, I put that either to: Not noticing everything i'm thinking about is stupid due to tiredness or: The mind has more focus due to the rest of the body being less focused. But in the end I forgot what I thought about unless I write it down, which then I lose what I writ it on and...
I can focus more when i'm tired, if I have a project to complete I usually do it late at night because I can concentrate alot more.

At least daytime drawings only look like shit.
Tired means lack of concentration for me. Tired also means doing stupid mistakes like dropping a handful of dishes in the dishroom or throwing a molotov at your friends in l4d and only half realizing it.
I don't know about a genius, but I write really philosophical stuff when I have terrible headaches.

I don't know, I'm less materialistic when I'm tired, I stop thinking 'but I don't wanna' and start thinking 'I have to do this, get over it' or 'It would be dumb to buy that when I still have to save for college' Otherwise I agree that you are dumber when tired.
