Who cares what it smells like when ohmygodimsonumbletsrace
The smell of marijuana can be compared to that of mild skunk or rich, dark coffee. Some weed may smell piney or earthy, these are generally an indicator of "outdoor" or traditional grow instead of hydroponics. The more it smells like plant matter and less like skunk, the lower the quality is, generally. The physical taste of weed (like if you tossed a nug in your mouth) is very similar to that of other herbs or plant matter, but the traditional "weed smell" can be tasted. The taste of the smoke is generally not very noticeable unless you take a massive rip. Some shwaggier (less quality) weed will taste harsher and leave residue on your lips. Cocaine does not have much of a smell, but could be considered bleachy, if you will. It tastes disgusting like all pills do. Bitter and hard to get rid of the taste (until your mouth goes numb as it's a painkiller).

cocaine is a painkiller is the sense that it's a topical anesthetic............................
What? Cocaine isn't a pill nor a painkiller (in the sense of opiates anyways).
"It tastes disgusting" LIKE "all pills do", because all pills (pills being recreational pill drugs) taste disgusting. I wasn't implying that cocaine is a pill. :downs: Cocaine is classified as a "local anesthetic", which is a painkiller.
Well, cocaine is a local anaesthetic but AFAIK would not be considered a classic painkiller.
Well, cocaine is a local anaesthetic but AFAIK would not be considered a classic painkiller.
I think its not a narcotic or hypnotic, just an analgesic. P. sure thats what you meant.

i wouldn't know but ive been told it tastes like codeine pills(after taste)
LSD, at least in blotter form, is odourless and tasteless. I imagine in crystal form if you snorted it it might have some odour or something (you'd also probably break your brain doing that because if you had enough LSD for it to be visible in crystal form... well, five tabs destroyed my universe, I don't want to think about what that much would do).
alexander shulgin says it has a taste [editline]2nd August 2013[/editline] Also sltungle research a thumbprint lsd trip, that shits ridiculous

[editline]2nd August 2013[/editline] it has this metalic taste, kind of like blood.. not sure how to describe it

Anything else means it's either cut with impurities or god knows what else. Here's a good read on the topic of impurities. And here's another good read on the "flavor" of LSD.
i wouldn't say that.. i have lab tested blotters, and they all taste metallic.... could of course be the blotter ink... but saying only bad lsd has taste is simply not true
but shulgin who had access to pure lsd said there is a taste :v:
I've taken "pure" LSD and there is not a taste. I'm talking dropped straight onto my tongue. Blotter paper may have a taste from whatever dye was used, but considering a glass of LSD would have little flavor, I doubt a drop would have any at all. LSD can be impure and still provide a worthwhile experience.

Benzo's have taste?
Benzo's have taste?
Usually, you stick a kpin under your tongue, or even an ativan and it'll dissolve into a chalky sugary paste and you absorb some sublingually so it stops a panic attack faster.
1mg pink round clonazepam pills taste amazing, they're made by "PMS" in Canada. I used to let them dissolve in my mouth for the taste.
1mg pink round clonazepam pills taste amazing, they're made by "PMS" in Canada. I used to let them dissolve in my mouth for the taste.
Eh, my blue ones taste s'aright.
Benzo's have taste?
Benzos have a unique metallic/bitter taste to them. [editline]2nd August 2013[/editline]
I think its not a narcotic or hypnotic, just an analgesic. P. sure thats what you meant.
Yup, definitely an analgesic, just not what we'd consider to be a classic painkiller like ibuprofen, codeine and paracetamol etc.
I like how you're implying you have purer LSD than Alexander Shulgin.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lsd
In pure form it is a colorless, odorless, tasteless solid.

Since the mid-1980s, DOB has appeared on blotter paper and has been accidentally (or purposefully) sold as LSD.[6] Upon tasting the chemical, if one notices a highly bitter or "chemically" taste, this should serve as a warning sign that the drug is not LSD, but likely a psychedelic amphetamine (DOB, DOC, DOI or Bromo-DragonFLY).
Could you provide a source for your claims about Alex? Last time I checked he researched MDMA but did small amounts of independant research on LSD. Everything I read on the internet follows the same trend:
Also a horrid taste can possibly indicate a bitter solvent being used. To put acid into solution a solvent is needed; swims seen wintergreen oil and grain alcohol used before, both have very strong tastes.
PURE LSD does not have taste, the solvents used to produce it do. I've read of people experiencing a "metallic taste" DURING the trip, but LSD should not taste metallic.
Some users, including Albert Hofmann, report a strong metallic taste for the duration of the effects.

Same article.
Can you not read lol? The effect of the drug produces a metallic taste on the pallate, the drug doesn't TASTE metallic. That's like saying that because metronidazole (an antibiotic) causes a metallic taste in the mouth, it tastes metallic. They're two different things. Metronidazole is tasteless, but the effects can produce a taste.
i like the taste of lsd
Mephedrone has got to be the worst tasting drug I've ever had. I could handle MDMA (when I had no rizlas), but mephedrone I had to consume with vast amounts of strong-flavoured drinks. I used to use Dr. Pepper to take mephedrone down and now Dr. Pepper tastes like mephedrone for me because I guess I broke my brain.
I've only snorted mephedrone - it's meh - stung my nostrils for longer than the actual high

Metronidazole is tasteless, but the effects can produce a taste.
I can read just fine, googling around there's plenty of info from Shulgin claiming that it does in fact have a slightly metallic taste itself; though it's entirely possible the metallic taste is caused by adrenaline surging through your body. It's debatable whether or not LSD actually has taste or not, and whether or not it's strong enough to be normally detectable in the very small quantities you usually consume it in, your fucking wikipedia article isn't the end-all be-all to learning about LSD; you don't need to be so god damn rude when I'm just trying to have a fucking discussion, brining up a point to find out what you think of it, asshole. If anything, I brought it up out of curiosity; people have reported an immediate taste from 'pure' LSD, now whether or not that's because of some impurity, an RC, adrenaline, or just plain grain alcohol it's been dissolved in is a good question. Practically I think this is more of a case of what should you expect to get from your average tab of LSD you can get locally and how pure that stock is in question, not everyone is just able to get absolutely pure LSD to test this out. You can't just claim that the metallic taste comes from the effects of the drug when it can be tasted immediately before it's active in your system, because Metronidazole is not LSD and the 'metallic taste' reported with it can take a couple days to appear w/ continual use, while whatever it is (the solvent, impurities, etc) can usually be noticed immediately with LSD.
Eh, my blue ones taste s'aright.
My blue .25mg pills taste like shit, fuck them. :v:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lsd Could you provide a source for your claims about Alex? I have little knowledge and experience with LSD. I don't think sourcing Wikipedia is the best defence either..
