APAP can give you mad nausea and cause you to have a bad time even if you're barely going over a few grams.
opiates will make you feel relaxed, numb, euphoric, drowsy, itchy, and nauseous. people often take benadryl with them to lower the nausea and itchiness. a good starting dose is anywhere from 10-20mg depending on body weight. err on the safe side when you are new to opiates; it is far better to take too little than it is to take too much. also, if you are taking the oxy orally(the only way you should), it will take a fairly long time for the drug to peak in your system, so don't take 20mg, wait 30 minutes, get frustrated that you aren't as high as you think you should be, and pop more.
i took 15 my first time and threw up and felt like shit for 3 hours

i remember doing 15mg with like 1500mg of APAP and being really fucking nauseous opiate nausea is fucking weird, i can take DPH and barf a ton, and take the same shit, same dose, no DPH and be completely fine with no nausea.
My first time I took any opiate it was 15mg of hydrocodone with 650mg total of APAP and the nausea was pretty bad. I couldn't move or do anything other than lay on my back or I'd puke. Ever since then I just take 50mg of DPH with any dose and I get no nausea.
50mg of benadryl before opiates is honestly a god damn miracle cure i take bennies every time i take opiates and ever since then i have NEVER been nauseous
