This looks like it could be pretty awesome!
A bet there is a question they won't answer in this film, (I'm spoiler tagging it because it is my theory but could also be the plot) [sp]Say he gets off the train and doesn't die, do you reckon he stays in the body then? Because they said he can enter the body until they die. [/sp]
Must see this.
It does look a bit too "hollywood-ized" but I still have faith in it since I loved Moon.
The name is stupid. a Code is a kind of hidden language, what they're talking about is a machine. A machine is not the same as a hidden language. If they'd called a "Source Machine" it would have made more sense.
I didn't like Moon a lot (yeah, I know) so I didn't expect a lot from this, but the trailer is FUCKING AWESOME. Now I can't wait for it to come out.

The files containing the uncompiled program are called the source code of the program in question. So that name is fucked up.
Watching the trailer again, it looks really fucking generic. Probably the only reason I'll watch it is because of Jones.
Looks great and I like Jake. Thought there was a moment I didn't like and that was when he said he wants to save the girl even though she's already dead. But who knows maybe it could turn out great.
I'm going to take the unpopular opinion and say that Moon was overrated. I'm also going to take the extremely unpopular opinion and say that 2001: A Space Odyssey was overrated. This is relevant because putting obscurity in space does not magically turn it into intelligence, which both of these films tried to do.
This looks good, but I hope it doesn't have the same effect that Vantage Point did. Every time it rewound back to the beginning, the entire theater groaned.

Wait, is the Moon trilogy going to be based on Sam? Because [sp]he returns to Earth and there are news reports of what is going on, I assume it's going to explain what happens to the mining company, Sam and his daughter?[/sp]
I've yet to see Moon. It's been sitting in my Netflix instant queue for a few weeks now. I should probably watch it sometime soon.
Sounds like The Jacket.

I watched Moon yesterday and loved it, hope this gets a larger release.
Looks fucking amazing, I'm definitely going to see it.
It looks a bit cheesy but I think that is on the trailers behalf.

Everything is pretty much explained to you by the end of the movie.
Gonna rock.

I also quite enjoyed Moon, looking forward to this.
Looked cool, but as always they revealed too much in the trailer. I mean fuck, now the first half-hour of the movie is predictable as hell...
for all you know, the stuff in the trailer could only be taken from the first 30 minutes of the movie.
The actual content of the trailer piqued my interest somewhat, but the title is fucking stupid.
Clint Mansell - Death is the Road to Awe
One of my favourite pieces of music
Moon 2 could be set on another moon, but Mars' moon. Moony, moony moonies.
I would like to see what the remainder of the Moon Sam's life lived out on Earth would look like--but doubt that's the what sequel will be related to at all. Either way, I'm excited to see Source Code until I hear otherwise from someone who actually sees it. edit:*and is truly capable of critiquing it.
looks cool
