Like, those rubber rainbow bracelets or an earring in their right ear (although I don't know if that's still so common). I'd say a dove associated with the text of being free would cause a lot of people to guess that you are trying to show that you are gay. It's not intolerance, it's a simple misunderstanding that many people would definitely have if they saw it. Everyone here is just trying to point that out so you don't unintentionally advertise yourself as something you're not (unless that's your goal).
