Alot of those pictures look badly photoshopped and the actors poses look really awkward. Worst character in there has to be Quicksilver, he looks awful. Lawrence though continues to give me erection every time I see her

that's very silly, i was expecting the (now apparently) 70's sentinel to be the future sentinel.
i guess the x-men had to wait 30 years for copyright issues so they could use the old outdated ones for practice.

Assuming DoFP Doesnt retcon the shit out of x-men origins.
dofp is retconning the entire series practically, and is essentially just a sequel to the last stand, first class and the wolverine.

So how is it that both studios can depict Quicksilver? Do they somehow both have the rights?

Technically yes, since both Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch are mutants, which Fox has the rights to, so they can appear in the X-Men films. However, Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch have always been more closely linked to the Avengers than the X-Men, so the characters can appear in Avengers: Age of Ultron, provided they don't call them mutants, or mention that Magneto is their father.

Is it bad that I want this and the Fantastic Four reboot to fail horribly and crash and burn and explode so that Marvel can make Fox an offer they can't refuse?
