If they wanted to choose, then they shouldn't have made it a public vote to pick who would get the show. They should have kept it in mind that there was a possibility of somebody winning that they don't want, but they shouldn't be allowed to not give it to him because the PUBLIC said that they want him, and the PUBLIC is who watches it and gives the network the money.
