That's not what reverse racism means. It's when white people discriminate against other white people to help out black people. It's reversing the racist standpoint; instead of discriminating against black people you would be discriminating in favour of black people.

This isn't necessarily a race issue. They might be discriminating in favour of a woman, or in favour of an able bodied person who is less likely to alienate the ignorant.
Or they may have noticed that their website had been flooded with macros and this specific individual had been posted all over the internet and being voted for by people who don't watch Oprah and so they are taking corrective measures.
