Join an MMA gym and regularly go a few times a week. It helps you work your frustration and aggression out in a positive way. Ever since I joined up at a MMA gym, life has become quite a bit easier since I don't get all aggravated by little shit and whatnot. Also gives you something to look forward to, since it's a lot of fun.

I wish I could read all that and give you some insight, however by the time I trek through the wall of text I will have died from old age.

If I were the OP, I'd forget about the girl altogether. Write a letter to the family saying that you're sorry for all the drama (like someone suggested) and move on with your life. Even if you change your mind and do decide to pursue her, remember that having a negative rapport with her parents could affect your own relationship with her in the future, so start anew. That is, if this story is even true.
