Thousands of people have been executed by the method of impalement throughout history. Traditionally the stake was insterted via the rectum or vagina. This kept the victim from overbleeding, causing a very slow death.

i find it awesome that one can find solace in in their own death if it was awesome.
like in those moment, just before you die you have a perfect idea of contentedness. that alone makes up for the horror of the wondrous construct you know as your being vanishing, an immeasurably large constellation just gone with no trace. even if i found that as ultimate terror, if i died mid orgasm during a sex party or of a heart attack while skydiving i would be perfect, fine, complete, ultimate success.
