They actually do. They recruit some children from the countryside where parents would be more willing to give up their offspring.
Did anybody see GB vs Mongolia in Judo? What a fucking AWESOME victory for Team GB.
GB toppled her but the referee disallowed it in the final 7 seconds on the game, meaning we were to lose. The timer started and the Mongolian ran at Team GB and GB just flipped her on her fucking back and won the match for us within 1 second of having the winning point disallowed.
