Videos like this just make me super jealous that there are people that can get along with everyone else so well without being awkward.
Also what's with the h3h3 crossovers. First Commentiquette and now this!
viral advertising for H3h3's next project where Ethan and Hila replace every single video on youtube with remakes they produced, shot, starred in and edited themselves.
My friend made us get papa johns because I showed him the H3H3 video and it really wasn't that bad
As a bloke who only really has Pizza Hut and Pizza GoGo joints in his area, what's the Facepunch consensus on Papa John's?
Decently tasty, very expensive. Problem is that there's a million local joints in my neighborhood that have decent pizza for much cheaper so I never feel compelled to go to the big chains.
Local places are always better.
true. but i've been to quite a few shitty local pizza places.
chain brands are at east consistent (and they deliver :v:)
Being Swedish I'll never understand the whole idea of fast-food pizza chains. Every pizza I've ever had was made by a middle eastern man in a pizzeria.
that being said i like papa johns but i rarely order it since there's a pizza hut close by and that come in 20 minutes flat
I have an unpopular opinion in that I think Papa John's is the lowest of the low when it comes to big name pizza brands. For me, it's Pizza Hut and always has been. Dominos is a close second, Papa John's is at the bottom or near it. Next to no redeeming qualities: sour sauce, terrible processed cheese, exorbitant prices, and to cap it all off Papa John, the good ol' boy himself, is a horrible dictator of a CEO who punishes his employees whenever politicians he likes don't get elected.
pizza chains are trash
either buy frozen pizza for the house if you want something quick and cheap
or go to a local pizzeria fo a lil o dat baddabingbaddaboom

well it's not like we dont have a ton of made-by-hand pizzerias in the states but usually those are where you'd go to go sit down and have a dinner... im sure you guys have food delivery it's just for two different situations where you still want pizza.
also papa johns is the best quality out of pretty much any national pizza chain imo.. that's why it's more expensive without coupons. i'm not just saying that cuz i work there i've worked at dominos and pizza hut too but the higher quality is pj's. all of pizza hut's dough comes in frozen and pre-formed and they use a ton of what looks like canola oil underneath all their bread and pan pizzas to make them crispy. dominos actually has fresh dough they stretch by hand but only PJ's cuts tomatoes onions and green peppers daily for example

are you kidding frozen pizza tastes like the cardboard you take it off of to heat it up. at least go to a pizza chain where they make you a raw pizza for you to take home and cook like papa murphys
are you kidding frozen pizza tastes like the cardboard you take it off of to heat it up.
You're just getting the wrong kind. Freschetta's frozen pizzas are good. Not as good as legit restaurant pizza, but still good.
Overpriced as fuck for what it is.
I've been telling them I have a buy one get one free coupon for years and the delivery guy has never asked for it. I get free pizza every time I order
If you want chain pizza in NYC, you get Sbarro's.

I had pizza hut recently and the one near my friend was absolutely god awful, it was worse than the terrible pizza they used to give us back in grade school for lunch. At the very least even though it was way overpriced the papa johns we got from was comparable to dominos (except the cheesy bread which sucked)
Dominos is pretty good all around though for a chain, I mean i still prefer a good neighborhood place or even store-bought but when you don't know what else to get it's pretty good

Actually, there was a sort of Filthy Frank/H3H3 crossover.

My local Papa John's has a glass counter and an open kitchen, so you can see what the employees are doing while you're waiting. I was impressed, you could see the proofing trays for the dough and the 5-gallon Hobart mixer they used to make it in the back. They do have a conveyor belt pizza oven though, so points off for that.
I'd say it's better than most of the chains around here, and just a smidge better than Dominos depending on what you order.
There is a new chain that just opened up, though. It's called Blaze Pizza, and they're basically the subway of pizza. Pick your toppings, sauce, whatever, and it's done in two minutes. It's pretty good.
or just go to a costco and get a pizza there
but I don't have 3 kids that I hit and have to apologize to with costco pizza
Stop it you're making me hungry

We don't have local places here, they always get shut down. Maybe I'm weird but Papa John's is just swill to me. Their sodey pops are flat too.
Dominos is better than Papa John's, at least when it comes to delivery pizza.

their cheesesticks are the shit
the pizza hut near me, instead of making pizza, will make a piece of burnt grease that gives you diarrhea

The hell is wrong with you
armenian "pizza" vs going to bedstuy or HK and getting the real thing as it was introduced to the country.

Sbarro's is really tasty on its own but its no substitute over the real thing

H3H3, crossing over with Filthy Frank, Internet Comment Etiquette, Jontron, wow it just doesn't get any better does it?
I've never had any pizza from a big chain in ages, just some average pizza from a shop up the road since there is pretty much nothing where I live, I crave the taste of corporate pizza.

frozen storebought pizza bout the same as going to a filthy chain except it's cheaper and quicker
Sbarro's is really tasty on its own but its no substitute over the real thing
I dunno, I guess it's different in some places. In my experience, it tasted like an overpriced frozen pizza. The breadsticks were covered in this white shit that looked exactly like cum... I didn't even touch those. Wish I had a picture. Papa John's seems to keep the same quality every time, no matter where you are.
