I used to be a Dominos man till I took a couple of months off from eating pizza and when I finally got back to it and had Dominos it tasted like trash. Maybe its because I was so used to it before but now I' PzzaHut4life
Being Swedish I'll never understand the whole idea of fast-food pizza chains. Every pizza I've ever had was made by a middle eastern man in a pizzeria.
Well there's Pizza Hut
I haven't had a big chain pizza restaurant in delivery range of my neighborhood for years. I envy you all.
Papa John's has shit crust and awful sauce. Don't eat chain pizza tbh.
chain pizza is gross
Well there's Pizza Hut
Pizza Hut is only good for the cheese/bacon stuffed crust. That stuff is good
pizza chains are trash
either buy frozen pizza for the house if you want something quick and cheap
or go to a local pizzeria fo a lil o dat baddabingbaddaboom
Or just buy pre-made pizza dough in a store and just make it with whatever toppings you want it'll take like 30 minutes tops to prepare.
Or just buy pre-made pizza dough in a store and just make it with whatever toppings you want it'll take like 30 minutes tops to prepare.
that just sounds like needlessly complicating a process that will inevitably rely on your competetance as a cook
that just sounds like needlessly complicating a process that will inevitably rely on your competetance as a cook
It requires zero skills though, you just gotta lay out the dough, put whatever stuff you want on top and cook it in the oven for a bit.

They slap the dough out for you and everything...
It requires zero skills though, you just gotta lay out the dough, put whatever stuff you want on top and cook it in the oven for a bit.
I've made a pizza this way before and yeah, it's pretty simple. Whether it comes out tasting good or not is the thing. :v:
I have an unpopular opinion in that I think Papa John's is the lowest of the low when it comes to big name pizza brands. For me, it's Pizza Hut and always has been. Dominos is a close second, Papa John's is at the bottom or near it. Next to no redeeming qualities: sour sauce, terrible processed cheese, exorbitant prices, and to cap it all off Papa John, the good ol' boy himself, is a horrible dictator of a CEO who punishes his employees whenever politicians he likes don't get elected.
clearly you've never had lil' cesars, its the base legal definition of "pizza" as its cardboard covered in a thin veneer of sauce and dusted with cheese
clearly you've never had lil' cesars, its the base legal definition of "pizza" as its cardboard covered in a thin veneer of sauce and dusted with cheese
Oh, I've had it. I didn't mention it because it technically doesn't qualify as food. You know, there was this one place called Pizza Patron here once. Their pizza was cut into rectangles, not triangles, and it was greasier than a deviantart user's hair, but it tasted pretty damn good. Mexican Pizza, apparently. Got shut down. Bummer.
As a bloke who only really has Pizza Hut and Pizza GoGo joints in his area, what's the Facepunch consensus on Papa John's?
Mitt "the Shit" Romney's favorite

If you do want chain pizza, Sbarro's is okay.
I've lived in Buffalo all my life, all we've ever had was local places. I wouldn't choose anything else.
But if you, for some reason, wanted chain pizza, Sbarro's is your best choice in NYC.
Being Swedish I'll never understand the whole idea of fast-food pizza chains. Every pizza I've ever had was made by a middle eastern man in a pizzeria.
And here in Finland we have only one fast-food pizza-chain run by Finnish people, while the other fast-food pizza-chains are run by middle-eastern guys.

seriously, he should collab with filthy frank
Anyone ever advocating frozen pizza is actually a plant by frozen pizza companies.
You either pay less than $10 to get a tiny ass piece of crap with almost no cheese and toppings from a scrap bin somewhere, or you pay more than $25 for some "gourmet artisan thin crust panera flat bottom non gmo gluten free" pizza that still tastes like cardboard.
They are always shit. Go order a real pizza that wasn't freeze dried in a factory 400 miles away.
Dominos is better than Papa John's, at least when it comes to delivery pizza.
i wish dominos had stuffed crust so i can leave pizzahut behind and have dominos be the ultimate ruler of major pizza chains.
Yeah stuffed crust, man.
Speaking of which, what happened to the Pizza thread over in Fast Threads? Did it simply fall off the page like what usually happens over there?
i wish dominos had stuffed crust so i can leave pizzahut behind and have dominos be the ultimate ruler of major pizza chains.
UK Dominos has stuffed crust, stuffed crust with their garlic dip is godly.
Tombstone is the best cheap frozen pizza, others can't compare
UK Dominos has stuffed crust, stuffed crust with their garlic dip is godly.
Stuffed crust and those kinds of dips do indeed go well together most of the time.
Damnit, now I can't wait for Friday so I can order some Pizza GoGo for the end of the shift. Order in some stuffed crust, use them with the dips, fuckin' great after a hard day's night.

Who the fuck names their pizza "Tombstone"?
Is Kurt Russell their mascot?
Tombstone was founded in Medford, Wisconsin, United States, by Pep Simek, his brother, Ron Simek, and two other individuals in 1962.The name came from The Tombstone Tap, a tavern owned by the Simeks which was located across from a cemetery.
All this time I thought it was made in Tombstone, Arizona.
Pizza quality in order of rank
Tombstone > Digiorno > Dominos >>>>>>>>> Papa John's >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Everything Else > Pizza Hut
Pizza hut makes me feel like dying after having half a slice of anything they have. It's like a grease-loaded hunk of bread with some cheese on it and it's disgusting. Dominos is barely better but at least with Dominos when I pat down a slice with a napkin the thing isn't dripping sopping wet with grease, unlike Pizza Hut.
I don't eat any pizza, because they only pizza obscure and local enough for me is pizza not even I've eatan.
you people are making me fucking hungry for pizza
Papa John's has shit crust and awful sauce. Don't eat chain pizza tbh.
If I do have to eat chain pizza it's either Domino's or Marco's.
Also I went to a pizza place in Florida, I forget what it was called, where they had a "Heavy Metal" pizza where the waiter would draw a pentagram in Sriracha when they bring it out. It was sick.
