wait, was JJ Abrams involved in Heroes in any way? if so, that's all the explanation you need.

Awesome. From the looks of the poster, it takes place quite a bit after the first movie, and the Monster has evidently been taken care of.
I thought this was a movie megathread not some dumbass whos asking for info.
Aw. Hope Clover doesn't die.
Aw. Hope Clover doesn't die.
if he does, Big Momma will probably make an appearance.
Aw. Hope Clover doesn't die.
He's already dead, it's probably gonna be one of his parents. Abrams said that it doesn't die at the end of the first movie, but the military manages to kill him.
I always thought Clover was really named MGP, which stands for "Mr. Grumpy Pants."
"Woo! Finally got a new head back onto Lady Liber-"
If there is a #2 I want to see some A-10 Thunderbolts fucking the monsters day up. A-10 in action
I think the whole camera thing was very original, and helped the movie a great deal. It was still great shots, rather than "Oh look, you see everyone" or whatever, people just want these stupid shots that show EVERYTHING IN THE ENTIRE SCENE. The reason it was used is to make you wonder... whats going on? Plus its great for first person, which is rare in movies rather than just all the events of everyone. We need a movie completely taken in the eyes of the main character, it'd be very interesting, add a lot of plot twists and even have him end up being the antagonist, would be great.
I would rather see another Godzilla, but I would love for this movie to be released.

what i want! Military headcam for a regular soldier. What other movie could pull off a poster of just the Statue of Liberty, especially a blank one? It makes sense that it's being rebuilt, unless the movie is about France, though that is some modern looking scaffolding.
I don't know man, that's pretty broad to me.
Anyone has any info on it? i'm craving for it so bad!
cloverfield was pretty good, but I think the ending sucked : / not too bothered about watching the 2nd one if it comes out.
How is that remotely even close to being the poster?
the first poster had the statues head torn off. in this poster it kinda looks like its being rebuilt although i kinda doubt it is the poster but still it could be.
the arm of Lady Liberty was undamaged in the Cloverfield poster, but in this poster the arm is being rebuilt. a minor thing, true, but it does support the "not cloverfield 2" argument.
Well, the arm could have been torn of later on, since Clover smashes around quite a bit. :P
I doubt that's Cloverfield 2's poster.
the arm of Lady Liberty was undamaged in the Cloverfield poster, but in this poster the arm is being rebuilt. a minor thing, true, but it does support the "not cloverfield 2" argument.
yeah true but you never know maybe they had to repair some of the arm to get the head back on or something.
With the amount of damage done to the statue in the first movie, I wouldn't doubt that they'd have to replace the entire damn thing.
With the amount of damage done to the statue in the first movie, I wouldn't doubt that they'd have to replace the entire damn thing.
yeah thats true to. hell the fucking bomb thing could of destroyed the damn thing.
The whole selling point of the movie was that it was from a handy-cam point of view. How did you not know the entire movie was like that?
I didn't know that either. Hell, i didn't know anything else than what the cover art said, i knew it was about a big ass monster, and that's it. :v:
