He did change opinion on PC quite a bit after Intel (and others) released info on the PC market.
Also half of those things are from Invisible Walls, which for anyone that either knows a bit about games or is a PC gamer it's just a weekly bundle of rage (there was one guy, Marcus, who was the only one that knew something and actually had the balls to criticize Activision, but he left).

No. It was powerful yes, and yeah it was more powerful than any PC you could build for the same amount of money (mostly because Sony and MS sell consoles at a loss, back then it was a pretty big loss too), but you could build a better PC.

I only use Gametrailers to check out some of the "newest" trailers, that are mostly late anyway. I only watch the reviews for games that interest me, and take them with a grain of salt. I never look at any of the features.

IMO, IGN has the best reviews.
I only watch gt reviews for the footage of the game. i never actually listen to anything they say.

Michael Pachter is actually a pretty well informed guy when it comes to the business side of the games industry but his opinions on PC gaming are a bit hit and miss mainly due to the platform being so splintered and widespread.

they give modern warfail game of the year. it was only amusing for 2 months after that 2 months it became bland and boring. hell i still play games which are older than modern warfare 2. like c&c kanes wrath and the first mass effect. hell the second mass effect im still playing today its fuck tons more amusing that those dicks on mw2 multiplayer
