No, these are some of the most unintellegent and unpleasant girls I've met, with the unpleasant one, it may be a matter of upbringing, but her and her mother are clones of each other, so I wouldn't be surprised if her children will grow up to be just as awful. One has less brains than a vegan meat market, and the other is the most spoiled, unpleasant, unattractive excuse for a human being I've ever had the misfortune to meet; it's so very unfortunate that she had to soil the human gene pool with her offspring that are likely to be [I]worse[/I] than her when they grow up. I'm still in awe that she managed to get laid in the first place. With the airheaded girl, I'd be surprised if the baby survives their parenting. She got pregnant because her and her lover were too ignorant and lazy to use birth control, despite a tsunami of sex education in highschool (though she probably skipped those classes because cool kids skip school, rite?).
It's just a guess, but I'd say that the [I]majority[/I] (there's exceptions) of children born from teenage pregnancy are not likely to be very intellegent if their parents managed to conceive them by negligent incident. Of course, if the parents did it through an honest mistake, such as birth control pills being a dud, or the condom breaking, it may be a different story. In this case, though, these children were born because the teenagers were too idiotic to use birth control. The OP's friend seems to be getting pregnant on purpose, so who knows how that could turn out.

the woman giving birth to baby was still in the parking lot of the hospital in her car, and apparently she gave birth to her fist child (premature) about 10 months earlier and this baby was also premature, by 1 month...
