What I mean is, I'll have to wait till boxing day to see the Christmas episode.
You're gonna have to avoid the predictable "500+ new posts" button to the right of the thread like the plague :v:
Kill the time by watching The Muppet Christmas Carol on repeat.
There goes mister humbug,
there goes mister grim.
If they gave a prize for being mean,
the winner would be him.
I watch that christmas eve eve, Christmas Carol with P Stewart Christmas eve, Christmas day is Doctor Who

That was on Planet Gallifrey about a week ago.
Not everybody reads that daily. Not on this thread.

fixed.
Going to my cousins when Doctor Who's on there will be around 20 of us there, and we will still all sit quietly when it's on. And I'll have it recorded and on Virgin On Demand just to be sure I've seen it enough.
Me and my mum always watch it together with the occasional; "Ohh" "Ahh" "Haha"
Bless. I always have to watch each episode twice, because mom works on Saturday evenings, so I record it for her and watch it, then re-watch when she gets home. It's got this ridiculous ability to just not get old, even when seen so many times.
there'll probably be a stream so all ausbros and ameribros can watch it with us :buddy:
I hope so. If not I'll have to wait a few months for it to air on BBC America or find another way to watch it. :frown:
Is using a proxy to watch it on the BBC iplayer an acceptable method? Or are there better ways?

I realise most of my posts usually involve less than three words and an :v: emote, so I'll fix this by drawing unnecessary attention to this fact... But yeah, I laughed :3:

Nah, save it for V5
Any reccomendations on the Doctor Who Universe audio books? I've listened to a few today. Story of Martha, Lost Shadows, In the Shadows and Beautiful Chaos, enjoyed them all.
Should I listen to the BBC4 radio with doc 8? I've watched all the new series, (1-5) and quite a bit of the Tom Baker and Peter Davison era (slowly working my way through the netflix library). Just wondering if those were any good.

do it
Dunno if this has been posted, but Sylvester McCoy is definitely up for doing a 50th Anniversary Special:
Seventh Doctor Sylvester McCoy has indicated that he would like to return to Doctor Who for a 50th Anniversary special of the show in 2013 if one were to be made.
Speaking to BBC News, the actor said:
Would I do it? Yes, I'd be delighted to! I am a part of it, it hasn't ever gone away and I celebrate the 21st Century Doctors.
I know that the producers balk at it. All those egos in the same room would be very difficult to deal with. But the fans are hoping that for the 50th anniversary, which is coming up, they might do something like that.
It would be fascinating with all the technology if they could bring back Jon Pertwee and William Hartnell. That would be amazing - and I bet they could do it if they wanted to."
I'm not sure about them actually being able to put Jon Pertwee and William Hartnell unless they have some stock footage or use 3D models or something. But the idea of another episode like 'The Five Doctors' is something I really look forward to.
It's faily easy to do really. Just has to be long. I'd like to see it focus on:
4,5,9,10,11
With supporting roles from 6,7,8. Those 3 don't really need to have main roles, aslong as they are about. Obviously Amy and Rory should be about.
And it would be wrong to ignore Rose, Jack, Jo and Sarah Jane.
It would probably have to be a feature length three parter.
