Moffat has also revealed that we will find out the true identity of River Song.[/sp]
what game is that again also do not fucking blink
Call of Duty: World at War. And it was a tactical server so when I got shot at, the screen went black :ohdear:
[sp]set in Utah[/sp]
possible relation to "Dalek"?
Speaking about Weeping Angels, do you think that a similar kinda monster would've seemed out of place in Amnesia: The Dark Descent? (y'know, that survival horror game by Frictional Games) In my honest opinion, the Weeping Angels would be a truly terrifying enemy in a survival horror game. And speaking about games (i've probably mentioned this a long time ago), the Weeping Angels are rather similar to the Boos from the Mario franchise, as in they move when you're not looking at them. But at least Weeping Angels don't float in mid-air, even if they can appear on the underside of a spaceship. P.S, if anyone can draw good, why not draw Mario up against a cadre of Weeping Angels, or the Doctor up against a couple of Boos?
possible relation to "Dalek"?
Highly unlikely that we'll see anything from the Series 1 episode "Dalek".
Highly unlikely that we'll see anything from the Series 1 episode "Dalek".
The Dalek was found in 60's Utah. The episode is set in 60's Utah. But it's not daleks, it's [sp]A strange virus which causes writing to appear on Rivers and Amy's skin. (Possibly related to The Beast?)[/sp] [editline]4th December 2010[/editline]
Spoilers! Also, Moffat confirmed we don't find out who River is in this two parter. We find it out in the finale, in part 2 of the series.

So maybe we see the Beast made a comeback? Or another of His "kind"?
Unlikely
Unlikely
well the beast's son was in torchwood it's not impossible
i really enjoyed the beast episode
It was one of the episodes that really sent a chill through me in places.
In my honest opinion, the Weeping Angels would be a truly terrifying enemy in a survival horror game.
Oh god, when I was playing Nightmare House 2, and I saw the mannequin for the first time, I was like "Fuck no, not mannequins, fuck fuck fuck, it's the weeping angels all over again" Weeping Angels would be amazing as an enemy in a videogame... Imagine two players, one person looking in front, the other constantly having to check their back, with lights flickering and angels flashing into view out of the corner of your eye, before getting to a long well-lit corridor, and as you get halfway through the corridor, the lights flicker and an angel appears at the end of the corridor you started from, and you both have to run as fast as you can, one in front, the other watching the angel, trying to get to the other end and close the door as the angel gets closer and closer... Holy shit, that'd be awesome. Someone make a half life mod about it.
Just read this: "It’s about one of The Doctors companions from the 70’s who was pretty smoking in her day. And to be honest, she still is pretty fucking hot." You're weird Dan.

When the writers of Doctor Who thought up the Weeping Angels, I bet they didn't even think of the implications that such a monster could have in the survival horror genre of video games...

Or a blink-ometer, which goes down steadily, and you have to press a button every now and then at a regular rate to make it fill back up again (not too often because it could get a bit boring - about the rate that people usually have to blink, so that you can do it when you actually physically blink, maybe adding to the immersion) and if you look at their eyes it deplenishes quicker, and if you don't blink for a long time and it reaches the end you have to close your eyes until the bar fills back up again

Have the character blink automatically, then have a button to stop him/her from blinking. Then the meter goes down. Pressing a button to blink every 2 seconds is tedious and would lead to hand strain. You can collect eye drops to increase the length of the meter :v:
True, that makes more sense :3: after you let go of the button that stops the blinking, it could make the blinking speed up a little for a short amount of time, so you'd have to be more tactical about it... The game really wouldn't work without a co-op friend though

Also have separate buttons to control the left and right eyes, at the expense of a reduced FoV.
Ehh, I don't see how you'd be able to visually show one eye closing and the other staying open in-game properly

Fair enough :v:
What's the electric thing the girl is holding in the photos?
