K9 is awful, I watch an episode out of curiosity, it's really bad. Anyway, I'm sure K9's main functions were to play chess and break down. So I don't really see how someone decided it would be a good idea to make a show about him.
It's like the TV Movie - If you ignore it for long enough, it didn't happen.
The TV movie wasn't THAT Terrible, Aside from eric roberts as the goddamn master. it was...passable. [editline]20th December 2010[/editline] Sweet Jehova in god-christing heaven i have never seen such utter packaged shit as K9. My. god.
elaborate...
Better, give me your own decent criticism of The Doctor Who Movie and I will defend it if possible
ironman17's Intrigue increased by 3 points! ironman17 awaits the incoming debate...
Only a few more days now :v:
Another 20 to my Intrigue, then. Also, do you think Doctor Who would do any War of the Worlds-esque episodes? Like following a similar path that the original guy did in the book? It'd be interesting, especially if the Doctor ends up separated from the TARDIS, and is forced to survive due to the invaders being far too powerful, very much like in the book.

Seems like an interesting experiment.
K9=Worst spin-off ever.
4 days [editline]21st December 2010[/editline] So I just watched the first episode of K9. Um. Yeah. That was bad. Like, really bad.
Like as an observer of the action, rather than a participant? Seems like an interesting experiment.
It might even work.
I bet Comrade's got a boner right now, we're talking about War of the Worlds and Doctor Who at the same time!
I bet Comrade's got a boner right now, we're talking about War of the Worlds and Doctor Who at the same time!
The guy has been more or less quiet since he returned, when he does give input, it's nothing horribly bad. Right now you're pissing me off for acting like he's the fucking devil every couple of posts.
Indeed, he's much better now.
Yeah, much better than last time.
And is more man than the time he pretended to be a woman
I don't even remember when he pretended to be a woman :ohdear:
The Brits got some quality television.
Anyone been pressing the red button to see the behind the scenes Doctor Who stuff with Charlie McDonnell? If anyone watches his stuff, it's set out like his normal videos, and he's going around all the sets and things, and talking to the crew as they film. He's doing a one a day until Christmas Eve I think. Tonight's even had an appearance from Matt Smith (for about a second as he walked across the caravan lot...)
D: Is he going to release the videos on YouTube or are they exclusive to the BBC?
I'm guessing they've made it onto Youtube.
Is the Christmas Special on Saturday?
Stupid question. You basically answered it.
Well why did I ask it then? Because I didn't know! :downs:
I guess to someone who's relatively new to the series might be confused, the Misfits christmas special was on last Sunday for instance, so it's sort of a valid question

:v:
Thank fuck, though, I would've had to wait until tomorrow (or two days for americans) :arghfist::saddowns:
