Does it take you long to make them?
Does it take you long to make them?
I started making that at around 6-7pm and finished at 3am in the morning. Usually they take a week due to having to spread this around other things in my life but I can make one in a night if i'm dedicated and ideas come into my head.
Decided to do a version 2 of it and add more of a dramatic start to the music as well as adding the faces of the other actors, few adjusted effects etc. Hopefully I can make a good Torchwood one.. anyone got details on the cast?
Burn Gorman - Owen Harper Eve Myles - Gwen Cooper John Barrowman - Captain Jack Harkness Naoko Mori - Toshiko Sato Gareth David-Lloyd - Ianto Jones I'd love to see a Doctor Who one.
Decided to update the video with minor tweaks, add a couple more faces of the actors and a dramatic start to the music: [editline]25th January 2011[/editline]
Burn Gorman - Owen Harper Eve Myles - Gwen Cooper John Barrowman - Captain Jack Harkness Naoko Mori - Toshiko Sato Gareth David-Lloyd - Ianto Jones I'd love to see a Doctor Who one.
I'd prefer the cast of the new Torchwood if possible, but thanks! I might consider a Doctor Who one but i'll take a different approach to it instead of the wormhole.
Do a CSI: Torchwood one :v: god damn i might actually have to try doing one myself with torchwood footage!
"Everybody make sure to watch the NTAs tonight for a very special 'Cutaway'." - Gareth Roberts (Writer of Doctor Who) on Twitter.
Or do what I'm going to be doing and do something else whilst waiting for someone to upload whatever it is to YouTube.
NTA? National Television Awards? Hm. Maybe. I'm busy attempting to keep a part of me alive, while I battle against two people and try to become extremely powerful.
I signed up to NTA to vote for Doctor Who about 3 years ago, they now e-mail me incessantly with stupid e-mails.

Doctor Who didn't win. Or Matt Smith. or anybody decent. The "Cut away" Was Matt Smith taking Dermot O'leary to meet Ant and Dec (Who apparently The Doctor linked together with invisible handcuffs and then 100 years into the future where Bruce Forsyth is STILL on TV
For the first time in six years, Doctor Who left the National Television Awards empty handed. Doctor Who was nominated in two categories, Best Drama and Best Drama Performance, and failed to pick up either. The first surprise of the night came when Best Drama went to Waterloo Road. Even the cast looked shocked when they were announced as the victors. Certainly, it would be interesting to see exactly by how much it won, but sadly we’ll never know. Best Drama Performance was awarded to David Jason who fought off competition from Matt Smith, Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock) and Philip Glenister (Ashes to Ashes). All in all, not a great night for Doctor Who fans, but, at least we can slightly console ourselves with the excellent specially filmed intro. And there’s always next year! I mean, compare THIS to Waterloo Road; there's no competition! -rage-
Ready the battle-TARDISs.
Geekiest post you've ever done. Imagine if people saw what you posted.
So i started to watch the first season where they see the daleks for the first time and there all like "oh there power is transferred from the metal floors" and all that. I just started to watch one of the newer seasons and the daleks where all flying and shit. Anyone want to explain this to me.
Probably because the old Daleks weren't as advanced as the modern Flying Death Tank Daleks. Also, the sheer notion that something as droll, mundane, primitive and just plain PATHETIC as Waterloo Road could even come close to beating Doctor Who is a vile abomination unto the very fabric of the hypercosmos! (all universes, all multiverses, all planes of existence, all streams and flavours of time, literally everything) In other words, i'm pissed too.

Lets be honest, the Daleks would be a lot less worthy of the title "the Doctor's greatest enemy" if they were defeated by not having the right floor to scoot around on.

Anyone want to explain this to me.
By the beginning of the Last Great Time War the Daleks had adapted their technology to use a form of energy apparently inextricably linked to the process of time travel (possible Artron Energy.) On more than one occasion Daleks and their devices were seen to leech this energy from time-travelers to power themselves.
