Won't be Santa clause, well could be.
The Ninth Doctor said he was Santa Clause and even named what Rose got when she was 12.

Don't know why but that series really caught the atmosphere with the Daleks, compared to Series 5 Daleks.
"No" happens to be my 4th favourite word. It would be 3rd but a place in any top 3 list is reserved by Batman.
It's re-watching the First series that makes me realise how good it was compared to the others.
The first series was a fantastic series and the second was good too, but then the writing began to suffer and you'd only get good episodes written by Steven Moffat and such. I think Paul Cornell should be given more writing - he did Human Nature and Family of Blood which are in my opinion is one of the best two-parters of the RTD era.
3rd series was alright, had Human Nature Two parter, Blink and 42, and the Harold Saxon arc was decent, but not as good as the cracks.
4th series and specials were tripe apart from the library episodes.

I was going to get one, saw it advertised. What's so wrong about it?
The one for William Hartnell(First Doctor) looks way too real. D:

They all look fairly realistic.

Except Sylvester McCoy is fatter than that.

New hobby: Watching Series 4 RTD episodes while reading the scripts.

Oh sweet, read a few of these but it was Series 3 and could only find a couple. This really helped!

Absolutely nothing, I like it. Just wanted to share.
Best thing about this job, I get to watch Doctor Who FIRST. Ooh, look at that. And that. And blimey, THAT!!

I swear he just wants to gloat.
Don't know why but that series really caught the atmosphere with the Daleks, compared to Series 5 Daleks.
Because that was arguably the darkest series so far. The time lords had been wiped out, And the daleks survived.

Yes
I have never ever watched this show. Reading the op, I decided that I will from now on! Few questions though.
1.So this is about an alien who travels time, and space, and does, err stuff?
2.You are saying that I should not watch the dozens of episodes that were made in the 60's? Only the modern ones?

1 yeah pretty much
2 it's easier to start from the 2005 series and work your way through until the present day. Later on you can watch some of the older episodes. The original series ran from 1963 to 1989, and there was an awful TV movie in 1996 that everyone tries to forget.
There are a few shit episodes you might want to skip though, Aliens of London/World War III come to mind.
What TV movie?
^^ exactly

1nd33d. Infact i think Karen Gillan pretty much took my slight redhead liking and gave it a nice fuel can.
Oh ive allways had a redhead thing. Thing with Karen Gillan in DW is that she plays Amy like she can actually handle herself, gives her this kinda hot strong willed-woman thing.

Yes exactly.
Remember the show is supposed to be really silly, it's the charm, don't expect a serious sci-fi. When it is serious, it does it very well, but it does silly very well too. It's worth the watch because things done in Doctor Who can be done in no other program
