What if the Doctor is the big bang himself? Maybe he is the God that created all possible life in the first place? (in the show) Just sayin'.

Actually. the Doctor DID cause life on earth. [sp]At the cost of his companion adric, who was on the freighter that crashed into earth and wiped out the dinosaurs.[/sp]

It's the entire ground work of a third Doctor story, can't remember the title.
You're all thinking WAY too hard.
No, you're just not thinking hard enough!
You're all thinking WAY too hard.
I'm not. I just explained a classic episode of Doctor Who
Don't you just watch it to enjoy it rather than be over-cerebral with what's going on? [editline]04:16PM[/editline] Doctor Who Prom 2010 is on BBC Three on Monday 6th September at 8.30pm. There will be a repeat of Pandorica Opens/Big Bang before.

Her talking about her memories watching it with her granddad encouraged me to watch it from 2005, but i may take a look.
Anyone leaked series six yet?
Anyone leaked series six yet?
What's to leak? They've only recently finished filming the Christmas Special.
Anyone leaked series six yet?
Not even out yet, unless you are meaning filming pictures, etc.
Anyone leaked series six yet?
Neil Gaimen will have Episode 3. He has posted axed sections of his episode on his website. His episode used to be about a strange house but it went under heavy changes. It is now completely different. Judging by his extract, and how he speaks about it. Rory is not in the episode. We can assume Rory is not a companion for Series 6, at-least not the whole of it. Also: http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/cult/s7/doctor-who/news/a267294/matt-smith-to-stay-on-who-until-2013.html Matt is now officially on till 2013. [editline]04:46PM[/editline] I like how his reason to continue staying is to avoid people not having to get used to ANOTHER actor. This pleases me. It also means he will be on for the 2013 special. I feel this would be a perfect time for a regenration but I don't want him to leave after 4 years. So here's hoping he stays beyond that.
Yeah, filming usually runs from October/November to January when they do post-production. The series airs from late March/early April to June.
Still trying to slog my way through the various Tennant series. Tough going. A lot of these episodes are total shit. Working through the Donna Noble stuff now. Just watched some episode with the Ood where they had a giant brain in a cave. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planet_of_the_Ood Really? A giant brain in a cave? They're born with their brains in their hands? What kind of evolutionary advantage would that have? Ugh, man. Just... ugh.
Is it just me or is the Peter Davison theme one of the best/most satisfying in the series so far?
Just you. I still think Davison was let down horrifically by everything. It's "I come after Tom Baker" syndrome.

The only redeeming episodes of Series 4 were Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead Planet of the Dead was good, but the other 3 specials were rubbish.
Series 2 was pure bile. It was like the doctor was just going round space to laugh and point at races. I was so satisfied when Queen Victoria went all "What the hell you bastards people died" In Tooth & Claw.
Not sure if this has been posted yet.
Woo I made that TARDIS model.

It had a few dud episodes, but it wasn't that bad.
rtd couldn't resist bringing back all of the companions for the finale, making it a gigantic emotional clusterfuck and filled with deus ex machinas
Yeah, the finale was really lame, but season 3's finale was just as bad imo.
I love the Peter Davison theme, it fits in so well with the early to mid 80's Doctor Who serials, I would love to see a take on the star feild entry theme in the new Doctor Who episodes.
Talking about Doctor Who themes, I just finished my Colin Baker vs. Matt Smith remix kind of thing. Hope you enjoy.
Apparently the Time Lord race was created by three time lords - Rassilon, Omega and "The Other". Then the "Other" threw himself into some rift somewhere and was reborn into the house of lungbarrow - which is the Doctor's old house on Gallifrey. There's been numerous subtle implications that he is the reborn 'other' and is thus incredibly powerful. Just a bit of lore there, correct me where I'm wrong.
