The sad thing is is that this will probably be the closest thing to a horror movie to released this Halloween.
What about paranormal activity 27?
While this does appear to be entertaining, I would appreciate it a lot more if it had an actual spooky atmosphere.
Man this actualyl looks pretty sweet, I've always been a fan of large collections of charcters coming back at once, like when Scooby Doo would have loads of the old monsters appear and it was awesome seeing them interact.
looks cute
Neat idea, not what I wanted. Would be better if the main character wasn't a complete douche. I'll give it a watch down the line out of curiosity though.
Goosebumps was never 100% serious or anything but come on, this just looks silly. Nothing is being haunted it's just a put the monkeys back in the barrel type movie. Kind of disappointed already that they'd take such a big childhood name and give him this kind of treatment.
Based on the trailer the movie looks like "guilty pleasure" level of quality though until it's released I cannot say for sure.
This looks fucking terrible.

Holy fuck, School of Rock and Pick of Destiny were manifestations of R.L Stine's fantasies of being a rockstar.
Surprised not to see R.L. Stine not playing himself, as he did at the beginnings and ends of the show. Also, I doubt there will be that many monsters from his books making a cameo, because damn it, I wanna see a giant hamster, blue Monster Blood, or some of those bad-ass blue aliens.
I expected a cheesy horror film for kids like Monster Squad and i got generic family adventure movie.
While not tonally what I would have gone for; I don't think it looks awful. Depending on how well they handle some of the monsters, it could be fun for fans to see their favorite Goosebumps characters. Also, is Goosebumps even relevant to kids today?
Facepunch beware, you're in for a scare.
Holy shit i didn't know danny elfman was composing the music for this movie http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1051904/fullcredits?ref_=tt_ov_st_sm
"Hannah's in trouble!" "Oooh, who's Hannah" Gee lady, maybe save the questions for later and reach for that phone so you can call 911? :v: [editline]11th July 2015[/editline] Also, this looks pretty interesting actually.
