Nightfire for PS2 is easily the greatest bond game ever made.
[thumb]http://img69.imageshack.us/img69/8586/1264119847109.jpg[/thumb]
Anyone got the skyfall theme downloaded? I want to hear it since it's not available in my country.

http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/skyfall/ So yeah, Skyfall looks good. Can't wait.
Only 36 reviews, wait 'til there's about 140
Javier Bardem still looks incredibly blond. That's just creepy, he seems to have some Joker-ish qualities though.
Skyfall is currently undergoing it's premiere in London. A recap of the event is still running. Currently reminding the waiting folk of all the Bond themes.
Should be watching this next week (hopefully). I am so psyched up for it.
Not long now until the first "normal-folk" reviews. Literally just hours away. Additionally, the first F-Bomb of the James Bond franchise, courtesy of... [sp]Dame Judi Dench![/sp]
So Greg James (Radio 1 DJ) and Judi Dench were hanging out the other day and this happened: What a cool girl [editline]25th October 2012[/editline] Obviously Dench is Lethal Bizzle merchandise. I say obviously. I didn't know that. But Judi Dench did instantly and was raving how she was buying all his stuff as it says 'Team Dench' on it for her family. It was a fun interview she seems really lovely.
Sigh... people are watching this like.. right now.
John Logan is to write the next James Bond movie, it has been reported. The Hugo scribe, who was brought in to re-write the screenplay for the latest 007 picture Skyfall, will be the sole writer on the 24th Bond movie. The next instalment is apparently already in "pre-pre-production" with a view to shooting at Pinewood Studios around this time next year for an autumn 2014 release. Neal Purvis and Robert Wade, who wrote the original Skyfall screenplay and have worked on all the Bond scripts since Pierce Brosnan's The World Is Not Enough, have apparently decided to move on.
So I went to see it today (in IMAX no less) and it definitely lives up to expectations. First and foremost, the plot is so much more exciting than Quantum of Solace. It's much darker than any previous entry in the series, but it still very much feels like a Bond plot. All of the acting is superb: Daniel Craig is as you would expect; Javier Bardem plays a fantastically creepy villain; and the rest of the supporting cast does a great job. It's also a beautiful film to watch with some really stunning shots, lighting, and visual effects (if you can see it in IMAX I highly recommend it). Of course, there are lots of incredible action scenes in as well, some of the best in the series I'd say, with the final 30 minutes being especially memorable. Overall, it's a really fucking good film so go watch it as soon as possible.

Would you say, from your viewing that anyone could enjoy it (like, if it wasnt a james bond film).

[sp] Man, Silva with the whole cyanide capsule thing. Man. That shit was fucked up [/sp]

Man I had so high hopes for that movie.
Just back from seeing this: it was brilliant. I love how they focussed more on what made the older Bond movies great rather than the new dead-pan tone the other Daniel Craig movies were going. [sp]I loved the end tease with Moneypenny and the iconic office of male M.[/sp] I didn't like Casino Royale but I did really like Quantum of Solace. (but not really as a Bond movie.) I absolutely loved this one though: it was excellent.
I just came back from the cinema, 25 friggin minutes of ads before the movie started but the movie still kicked ass. [sp]I just don't like how they killed off M.[/sp] Actually the movie was less over the top than the older Bond films. Not a new favorite but still fun to watch.
What exactly doesn't she like about them?
Not a clue, shes not a big espionage/spy thriller kind of person, but I told her it might be a bit more like the Bourne films and she likes those. Shes an odd girl haha. Cannot wait to see this tomorrow though.
Loved it, miles better than QoS. [sp]One thing I didn't get - when Silva was talking about the cyanide capsule, did he explain why it didn't kill him? Think I missed a line.[/sp]

Ah... Istanbul. [sp]"It's alright... we weren't using it." "I wasn't using that one, either." "What happened?" "They're on the train, ma'am." "What do you mean on the train?" "I mean they're on top of a train." "Then get after them, for God's sake!"[/sp]
I personally think this film doesn't stick to true bond style. Where are the gadgets? The girls? The massive volcano bases? I think Q summed it up perfectly: [Sp]"What were you expecting? An exploding pen? We don't do that stuff anymore."[/Sp]
You missed the girls and the gadgets? All still there, just moved on from invisible cars and yo-yo saws.

An invisible car for Christ's sake. They had to be gotten rid of in my opinion
