My father is coming home from vacation, and he's going to send us all back to Russia - General

He came in, decided he would hit my cousin, breaking her nose, so the 37 year old man who worked in construction his whole life and was pretty build got the shit kicked out of him by a 16 year old with a chair. You can win, just have to think. My father has never been that reasonable but I've talked things over with him before, even when he was drunk or angry, you just have to know the person and figure out how to approach them. Then again, this isn't any of my business and I rightly don't care how it ends up.

I hope it goes the best possible way man, he really doesn't have a right to take you against your will into another country but I understand that it's a difficult situation. I still urge you to call social services.

Call a really close relative like a cousin or something and tell them the situation and just say you refuse to go back untill this is resolved in a fair manner for you. Legally you belong to your mom but theres always social services if a force is being applied to get you to Russia. If he is not attempting force than there is no way he could get you to go. Don't show the gun though because that can get you in trouble, unless of course he attempts to attack you. Keep us here on FP updated.

You said you were 15, but exactly how close to 16? I believe at 16 you can go to court to be an "emancipated youth" legally separating you, then you can live with a friend. Sorry if this was mentioned before, I don't have time at the moment to read all 4 pages.
