Having trouble with your parents can be an extremely difficult thing... Especially when you're fifteen. From what I’ve gathered, your father’s got problems with alcohol. I’m not a wizard when it comes to laws within the United States (Nor the many different laws within states). Common sense dictates that your father should be temporarily separated by you and your family, if not permanently, until he has learned to deal properly with his problem. You should contact the local authorities, and work out a solution that will benefit both you and your family. I hope you’ve considered (as mentioned earlier in this thread by someone I can’t recall) confronting your father with the support of your entire family. I think you made the right choice by staying with your sister for the time being. I hope everything works out for you in the end.

I personally would like to hear the long story, but you don't have time to waste so don't try to. If you're under 18 there may be some issues with running away, but i believe someone said something about child support services. If you're over 18 then he has no power over you, go to a friends house and chill. But either way I'm guessing packing all of your stuff in a car and getting to your friend's house is the best thing. Don't tell your mom, dad (der), or siblings as they could rat you out and you could be on your way back to Russia. From their i suppose you could call CSS (Child support services not Counter Strike source).... although your story is very brief so maybe i'm not interpreting it correctly.
