The State of the Media After Trump - Sargon of Akkad

Its Sargon of Akkad. I'm not going to watch 22 minutes of ill-informed nonsense. That would be like voluntarily reading an Ann Coulter book just to understand the other side despite already knowing she's a moron.

Just saying you might want to occasionally look at the other side and not blindly entrench yourself.
Also it helps to watch a few minutes so that your argument will have more backing in general.
Wasn't there a Sargon video where he dismissed the rest of someone's argument at the beginning of their video and proceeded argue that part only?

I've watched literally 6 or more hours of Sargon of Akkad before, I know his political opinions. In fact, I got almost his exact political opinions from a Trump supporter at the Student Union during election night for like 3+ hours of discussion. I understand his views, and they ultimately come down to:
* A naive belief in the wisdom of crowds and in 'people power', despite all evidence suggesting the people aren't that smart
* Support for anything 'anti-establishment' (unless it comes in the form of something which isn't to the benefit of white men) because he has convinced himself that he is an eternal victim in such an appalling position that we should take a dice roll on any kind of change available
* Clinton conspiracy theories
* An utterly nonsensical economic policy which contains support for 'true capitalism' (with denunciation of 'crony capitalism') and competition whilst simultaneously supporting left-wing economic policy
* Spending too much time on the internet so he actually believes there is going to be a feminist-led fascist coup to oppress the poor white male victims
* Sources which largely consist of pages on the internet, YouTube videos and Wikipedia
I would largely term his policy as being alt-right but disguised. He basically supports whatever policy benefits white men because he believes that we've become oppressed, but he doesn't term it explicitly in white identity politics like the alt-right does, which shields him. Competition for him is great, as long as white men are on top. If they aren't, such as for those poorly educated, we should give them money from left-wing economic policy and protect them. He then distorts the actions of those from outside this group by freaking out about the most extreme lunatics from within the (admittedly flawed) BLM and feminist movements and acts like power in universities is power in the real world.
