Considering how slenderman is known to make people go crazy and become enraged (Alex beating the guy's head in with a rock, one of the early Darkharvest00 episodes, Noah sort of loses it while looking around his house in the dark), it's possible that Slenderman caused Nick to start beating up Evan, followed by HABIT going inside Evan, causing the Teleportus Necksnappius.

Also considering how HABIT was inside Evan and apparently threatening Slenderman with a meat cleaver in one of the hidden videos ("I will fuck you up the next chance I get") and their little hissy fit on twitter a long time ago, it seems like HABIT used this to get back at him.

Also Grim Joker's theory is entirely probable as well, getting two people to fight to the death while recording it with cameras and posting it on youtube seems like typical HABIT behavior.

Therefore of course Nick was acting fine, none of this HABIT shit had happened yet.

That's one thing I'm starting to hate about all these Slender Man series. There's always another antagonist or whatever that always get the full spotlight, and Slendy's just hanging out in the background whipping his tendrils and being creepy.

If it's a Slender Series, it kinda needs to focus on the Big Guy rather than just having Him make little dainty appearances. I mean, sure, it's fine to have one extra element tossed in there to mix up the formula, but not so much that it outshines the Big Guy Himself. I mean, sure, the Observer is cool and all, but I'm starting to wonder if Adam just threw in Slender Man for the hell of it. I mean, the fucking Observer can teleport and warp time and do pretty much everything Slendy can, and he's not even as scary.

I agree completely. If you're going to have a story about Slender Man, make it about Slender Man. I mean, MarbleHornets does it right. You have other Antagonists, but it's still all about Slender Man, or The Operator. TribeTwelve gives good focus to Slender Man as well.

Christ I love how Marble Hornets makes the masked men a big part of the story and still focuses on the Operator a great bit, because we all know that He's the center of the bad shit that's going down to the characters.

Adam has stated out of game that nothing is "thrown in" just to be scary/just for the hell of it. After going through Noah's formspring after The Observer took over, it seems that Slendy is kind of like a guardian to The Collective or maybe a better comparison is Slendy being a tree and The Collective being the branches, something like that

I really don't like Vince being the Voyeur. It really just throws off the entire series for me. All the development just goes down the train and suddenly Vince is working for HABIT to place cameras and do god knows what else.

When did Vince say he posted the OUTSIDE HELP video? He said he posted THIS video. Not the others.

He's the voyeur, but that doesn't mean he's working for HABIT. Just because he might be watching the other guys doesn't mean he's evil. Every character has the potential to be evil. Evan has his whole 'being possessed' deal, Jeff has been struck by tragedy and weird things keep happening in his house, right under his nose, and he's really apathetic towards everyone. All of the guys are suspicious, and all of them have a hand or are involved in all this weird shit going on.

Nobody is entirely innocent. Nobody is without suspicion. Nobody is entirely guilty, either. They've all done something to help the others.

It's just a part of the mystery.

Not a short film that shows him in any real capacity ouside a few moments or super short shots, but something that would make Slenderman look more than someone with stilts and simple extended arms.
