The Operator appears again in Entry #13 at 1:01. Do the space bar thing again. I've never noticed it there before, as Alex moves the camera by it very quickly.

True, someone (Slender Mang) could have told him that he was being followed or something, assuming that Slender Man and Alex are on speaking terms like some people think.
Or maybe Jay was just being a fucking moron and not sneaky at all, as per usual. Seriously, he was being so loud and not careful at all. It's like, almost every single thing Jay does is a semi-good idea, with fucking moronic execution.

Maybe Slendy's influencing him somehow. I would be quite unnerved and panicked if I were being stalked by a faceless, suit-wearing demon from Who-Knows-Where.

I feel like jay wears the chestcam ONLY for all day filming. To record EVERYTHING. The handheld, is when he sees something, he can get a better look at it. (zooming in/out, etc.)

Well supposedly Alex has had the chest cam from the start, so that doesn't really prove we're getting too close. Once Jay gets ahold of it, that's when we're close.

Is it bad that when the cameraman in Noentry entered the tunnel, the audio sounded like "Are you alright?"
Then he found blood everywhere.
ToTheArk's Sidetone, the audio is Alex's answering machine and shows distorted pictures of Slendy in the Noentry tunnel.

Could this mean anything? It's obvious that the tunnel is a significant moment, either way. By that I mean, is it possible that ToTheArk is trying to say that something happened to Alex in the tunnel?

I've always thought that the end of the tunnel is the portal in which Slenderman uses to enter the world, and vice versa. Maybe it's the entrance to the Ark? That would make sense, he drags people there, they wake up, try to fight him and start profusely bleeding, like Evan.
Another observation is that in Sidetone after Alex's answering machine, numbers appear. The Alphanumeric translation is "LIES." Could this mean that TTA is saying that Alex won't be in contact again ("I'll try to get back to you as soon as I can" then the numbers appear.) or could it mean that Alex isn't dead or missing, but is being controlled.
Also, the "RETURN TO US" in the TTA videos seems to provide more evidence to Grim's theory on how Jay might have been a masked man at some point. Especially in "Entry #####" MaskedTim says "We will wait for you no more. Control is being taken away from me." Then, "I'm coming for you, and you will lead me to the Ark."
After that, Entry #25 was uploaded stating that Jay's apartment had burnt down.
Also, in Admission, the description just had a "+." This could be leading back to Addition which showed Jay coughing n Brian's house with the words "SEE YOU." This might mean that ToTheArk saw Jay in his apartment and waited for him to leave before he burnt it. The figure also bears great resemblance to the Operator by the posture.

There are a few minor issues with what you said.
Tim says 'Control is being taken away from you'. Also I believe the lies thing just points out that Alex isn't being truthful with Jay, which is evidenced from what he told Jessica. That little riddle has already been fulfilled for the most part.

I'll try again, but regardless I think you get the jist of what I'm saying. And for the last riddle, I didn't know considering I don't look to Unfiction or other places for answers, a lot of stuff is on my own. However, I do visit Slendernation when I'm too lazy to decode binary or Alphanumerical.
