You're right about MH being the standard. I've stated this before, it's because people started with MH and not the original mythos.

I started with the original mythos and then found about about MH before all the other ARG kinda stuff via this thread.
The original mythos scared me a bit more, but then again I was alot younger.

Actually, I think the bright glowing eyes description was a description by a character in on hat was made soon after the Slender Man's creation, before MH. Now even the stories are just about the Operator.

So, in stuff like Core Theory and the Tutorial that centers around the Tulpa Effect, would the Operator be willed into existence, or Slender Man? Or a mix of both, as they are both thought of quite frequently.

Yes, I'm bringing logic to a SlenderBlog. I'm just curious.

Naw. I actually figured it was, but it was for some debate I got into, and the other guy got banned for trolling, so apparently I got banned for not reporting him. I dunno.

I really hope the new MH comes out today. If not today, then tomorrow. Seems like it may be one of the last, if not [I]the[/I] last, video of Season 2.

Troy said they're filming tomorrow. They hoped to film today, but there was a monsoon. Figures.

But as far as the whole Operator/Slender Man thing, I always refer to him as Slender Man. The series I have in the works changes some things. The main character never references Slender Man, but the camera does see him. He can't see the parts of the videos that have Slender Man in them. I have some other antagonist planned that my character is pursuing, so that he has a reason to be going out and investigating.

Don't know when I'll start making it, but I'm planning it out for now.

MLAnderson kind of suffers from plot problems that a lot of other series suffer from, in that it isn't really going anywhere. The only big twist was that Michael is 'Patrick' and also evil, or something like that. Other than that it's reeeeaaaaaaaally slow and has a ton of dialogue.
