Don't forget MLAndersen, guys!
MLAndersen's okay, but it's really been nothing much more than Patrick and a vague grandfather-clock mystery puzzle. Really, it can't stand in comparison to the others IMO.
I'm not saying it's bad, I'm just saying it's not the best.
TribeTwelve should have a laugh track. I know I personally would enjoy it more. In fact, every Slender Series should have a laugh track.
MarbleHornets Season 2 DVD bonus feature?
Should be a corny sitcom spinoff.
"Jay, why do you keep spying on me?"
"I'm not, i'm just observing."
ba-dum tish

MH-EMH-TT crossover?
MLAnderson is too slow for me, personally.
Really? I thought it's too fast. Then again, I've been watching them all in the course of 3 days.

That's why, then. The break between videos is long, but usually dependable. It's planned out, so the pause between updates is stalling/preservation of tension. I think so, at least.
I really want one of those EMH purple wristbands
I really want one of those EMH purple wristbands
I would rather have the one-of-a-kind machete found in Box 4 with the purple tape around the handle.
Or we can find the guy who has it and kill him with our inferior machetes, take the machete, and ransack the fridge before setting fire to the place and calling the cops on ourselves whilst we make a sweet getaway through the back. [sp]Bonus points if he lives in an apartment[/sp]
But a purple wristband would be nice.
Jeff implied on Tumblr that the original 100 people who applied for the wristbands would get them once the series is over.
I sure hope so, because I was one of the original 100.

Looks like I have to kill you now.
Anyway, here's a question for the thread: Who's your favorite character out of all the series? I think it's a tie for me between Evan or Vincent. Or Patrick, but I'm more focused on Evan for his badassery and Vincent for his beard and mysterious intentions.

I like Vince the most, probably, because in my opinion he has the most on-screen charisma. Evan is a close second. It's funny because in my opinion Evan is the best actor in the entirety of the slender man mythos, and yet he can hardly use a computer and portrays one of the most complex and mysterious characters.
Kudos to him.

You do make the convincing argument, but I can't help but not like Evan for his actions in the story, even if he was only being possibly controlled by HABIT. Like beating the shit out of a deer and punching Jeff when he tried to pull him off. And by watching HALLOWEEN HANGOVER, I'm pretty sure Evan finished off what was left of Lexi.
I felt almost sorry for Vince in that video as well, but I can't help but remember how HABIT hints toward his true intent. HABIT implies that Vince knows something the others don't, and one of them is the Voyeur, whom is probably Vincent.
HABIT is probably my favorite.

Evan does some evil things, yeah. Also, yes, Vince is the Voyeur. Also, Evan is the Firebrand or something, and Jeff is the Vanguard, or something like that.

Because of him I can never listen to Who Could Win A Rabbit without thinking its EMH related.

Vincent = Voyeur
Evan = Firebrand
Jeff = Guardian
I spend a lot of time on the EMH wiki.
You know, I'm just throwing this out there, but I'm not really scared of HABIT. Like, at all. Especially because of all the Tumblr posts he makes.
Apparently he's just some guy who kidnaps people, puts them in a basement, and forces them to write creepypasta about him.
Not exactly terrifying.

He's a possessing force that controls others and pushes them to their limits. When he's in a host, he can withstand a lot more pain than any human could. He's possessed Evan before, and the Jessa theory is still out there. Have you read Robert's Notes on Tumblr? How he slaughtered the whole warehouse of SWAT officers and took down a helicopter? I thought it was pretty great.
HABIT's fucking terrifying, and the one about the little girl just got me good.

I thought it was bad writing, personally. Do you realize how easy it is to write a story that pretty much ammounts to "MAN HABIT IS SO AWESOME LOOK LOOK OH MAN THE COPS HAVE GOT HIM LOL JK HE'S TOTALLY MURDERING THEM OH FUCK AND HE TOOK DOWN THIS HELICOPTER MAN THAT WAS SO BAD ASS ISN'T HABIT SCARY GUYS?"
It's so over the top, and an obvious attempt to make him scary. It's honestly just comical to me at this point. I'm expecting the next Tumblr post to be the story of how HABIT beat up Superman, Batman, The Hulk, and Spiderman with one arm tied behind his back.
I honestly don't follow the EMH stuff in depth enough to have a favorite character. I guess Evan, but only because I find him an attractive person.
So yea, that's my superficial and simplistic reasoning.
Happy that there were 3 videos waiting for me today.

Hmm.
Never thought about it like that. You make a convincing argument, Joker.

I think the character has potential to be really scary and creepy. I mean, way early on when he was doing the 'phantom tweets' (tweeting before deleting it instantly in order to only send it to people subscribed via phone) and one of them said 'Oh, your front door is unlocked, how courteous' at like one in the morning, that shit was creepy.
Talking about how you can take a million bullets and slaughter SWAT teams with ease is not creepy. There's no tension. It's basically just "If HABIT shows up, everyone is fucked.". There's no sense of conflict, no sense of a goal. I mean, if there's some way to beat the antagonist, or some way to escape, there's tension. When your antagonist is an immortal spirit that can possess anyone he wants and make them invincible while he's in them and also possess a bunch of other people at the same time and can never be stopped, that's just... Boring.

Slenderman.
Anywho, I don't really pay much attention to what HABIT does or anything. I thought that trial thing finished ages ago, so I just forgot about it.

I think it also defeats the purpose of having two opposing characters at all if one side can just fuck the other's shit up anytime they feel like it. But honestly I don't see anyway to defeat HABIT since he's like the world's evil incarnate. Besides, that means Mr. Thin isn't exactly too scary either because nothing seems to harm Him and in DarkHarvest, He's a fucking god from another world, who's supposed to be invincible as well.
Also have you all heard about those two audio channels in "Does anybody else's dog do this?" The video is Alex's dog scratching at the closet because the Rake is in there. Well, two distinct audio channels can be picked up, Left and Right. One apparently sounds like "Help brother" and the other sounds like "I can't breathe." Creepy, considering how the Rake looks like a deformed human with their eyes gouged out.
Maybe Jeff becomes the Rake? I know that sounds off-the-wall, but it's a possibility. I highly doubt it though.

HABIT was more entertaining when he was an unreliable source of information. He might have just been blowing smoke when he said he was humanity's bad habit. The information he puts out still has a chance of being just him talking big, but it's really doubtful at this point. It was neat when maybe he was just a ghost or a demon who was talking tough, but yeah, now it's just kind of boring.
DarkHarvest's explaination of Slender Man is not canon to the rest of the mythos and vice versa. Slender Man may be a variety of things. His entire mystery and tension comes from the fact that he is unpredictable. You don't know if he's going to hurt or help or anything in between when he shows up. Nobody knows if he can be hurt. Really nothing is known about him at this point, so yeah, there's where the tension comes from.
I really doubt Jeff becomes the Rake. They really aren't doing much with The Rake despite the fact that they have a great costume for him. It's kind of disappointing. I want to see more of the monster, but they're just sitting on him for right now.
My favorite part about EMH is that all the actors are really attractive
yep
(Also because the characters are interesting and the story really drew me in compared to other Slender vlogs)

I agree, especially with the Rake. I wonder how they did the costume so well. It looks amazing.
But yeah, I'd love to see more of it than just closets and screaming.
