It looks like he just took a bunch of people and filled them in with black. They don't look like silhouettes, or shadows, they just look like weirdly photoshopped people.

All this editing technology and skill, and this happens.
He got lazy with that one, which is disappointing. It seems like a cool concept but the execution was pretty bad.

I also find the fact that he didn't even bother to fill in people with black himself, and rather just took them from the internet pretty funny.

I almost feel that with that decision, any chance of more pictures of the Collective is going to have to follow the same style.
Unless he makes a wacky excuse.
It doesn't have to follow the same style, but it probably will.
The whole Collective and Observer bits are muddled and confusing. He's trying to be mysterious but it's not really interesting because there's no way to figure it out. It's not a puzzle, it's just people waiting for him to come out with a new video explaining everything.

Can't forget that on Formspring he pretty much gives away everything except for answers related to the end of the series.
IMO noahs long gone. And he'll be dead, You can see the same tentacles in the first picture. holding a figure. (noah) and thats confirmed in this one

Really hope we don't have to wait another 7 months for more Marble Hornets. Truly the best video series I've ever seen on the Internet. I can't seem to figure out whose side the maskies are on, J's or Alex/Slendy's. And now that we see Tim walking around without the mask like a normal person I wonder if we'll see any more totheark videos?

Troy said that the hiatus between Season 2 and Season 3 would be a lot shorter than the time between Season 1 and Season 2.

Remember that Tim was acting fine in the Entry #15 interview, and there had been totheark videos before then.
It is weird though. It's almost like Tim isn't under the influence of an outside entity, but there's no intelligence in his attacks. Just blunt force. I've thought Tim was a good guy after watching him tackle Alex down and hold that rock to his head. He was also with Hoodie, who's identity is still a mystery. Then the Operator appeared and they ran.

Doubtful. Hoody doesn't really have a feminine frame, in my opinion. I think it might just be slender sickness. Jay coughs a lot and as far as we know he isn't a masky.

I always though totheark showed up immediately after the interview with J. But you're probably right. I think Tim could have possibly killed Alex since there was a gunshot, which could mean his (Tim's) "purpose" had been fulfilled and he became normal again. Still, it looked like Alex was was somehow working for Slendy. And if Tim was trying to kill Alex he obviously wasn't on the big guy's side. It's all so mundfuckingly confusing.
Also I discovered [URL="http://youtube.com/darkharvest00"]http://youtube.com/darkharvest00[/URL] recently. Seriously the best Slender Man series I've ever seen second to Marble Hornets. It's really terrifying and the acting is superb. Better than Tribetwelve in my opinion. So if anyone hasn't seen it yet, check it out ASAP.

Killing Alex isn't his purpose, as he chases Jay out the hotel when he first woke up in it.
I like how the theory that everyone assumed was correct about Masky/Tim being a proxy working for Slendy is now pretty much totally wrong.

I assumed that in Season 1, when Tim just attacked Jay in Brian's house.
After Tim tried to kill Alex, ran from the Operator, and Hoodie returned Jay's camera, I began to have my doubts.
I like how the popular mythos built the entire Proxy bits around Masky working for Slender Man.
Then it turned out Masky doesn't work for Slender Man at all.
Kind of turns a big chunk of a mythos on it's head.
