The english name is Volvo Laplander
looks topheavy
They have no weight at all over the rear axle so if you go forwards down steep hills you tip over.
looks topheavy
Not really though. It's like one sheet of metal the entire roof and walls
My dad has one by the way.

That's a nice truck and all, but if those tires are sticking out with no mud flaps I hate you. (my windshield also hates you)
The tires do stick out partially because they have 2 1/2in spacers. but there are mud flaps, relatively small though.

Ah yes, the Oshkosh trucks. common sight around here, since I do live in Wisconsin and all. I've also seen Sandcats and other vehicles by them on a semi-regular basis. Most get shipped down south or east to get loaded onto the aircraft carriers and stuff, for Afghanistan, and until recently, Iraq.
I am happy that I am not the only one around here who drives a Chevy S Series truck!

Was out doing stuff today, thought I'd snap a more recent pic of my little truck. That's the good side, the bad side I don't quite feel like showing today.
Likewise. There's a couple of us on here that drive the little buggers. Which kind are you driving? I'm a bit curious.
I'd love a 4wd S10 with a 4.3 and a 5speed. They aren't very common here though.

I rarely see the V6 models with the manual box and 4WD as well. I see plenty of 2WD ones with the Duke, but rarely any with the Vortec.

Love the sound of a 2 stroke diesel

Scanias old 14-litre V8 with the traditional fuelsystem with a pump and springinjectors, that's where it's at.
