I've done that, I woke up and moved my eyes to the left to see some one sprint into my bathroom, but because of the dream I was having I thought it was one of my friends ao I called out his name, then thought, wait nobody is in the house, then went back to bed.

You know, hallucination is a symptom of sleep paralysis.
The scariest thing that ever happened to me was my first time having sleep paralysis.
i had absolutely no idea it even existed, so when i woke up that morning, i thought i was paralyzed. i could only think about how i would never walk again or anything.
