John Joseco, I've mentioned him before. He does nothing but huge request binges to gain followers on deviant art, but all he really does for those is draw generic anime characters with a defining feature slathered on top to identify them as X character.
He's the embodiment of the deviant art popularity mongering ideal (thus generic ME3 picture). He does what's most popular at the time to get LOTS and lots of followers, resulting in a handful of paid commissions at good prices. Can't say I can argue with that business model, but he does it so blatantly
