I dont think dragons are generally considered a fetish more than it's a natural part of the furry sexual fetishism as it regards anthro creatures, the muscles might just be a detail or a part of the whole muscle fetish (Though most furry muscle related fetishism tends to get very very ridiculous in terms of size)
