What I think the artist is trying to convey here, is something very personal which has taken a big part in his life. He's showing us that cancer patients undergoing chemos have feelings, too. And by drawing bald people only, he's telling us, that, in a way, we all have a little cancer in ourselves.

Now this one is a little more elaborate. The man behind this work of arts, sebreg, comes from the united states of america. Now as you may know america's public schools are not on par with private school, which contributes social reproduction. This artist argues that we should not teach mathematics to preschooler, or at least that's what I get from the tiny, tiny size of this dude. Mathematics being completely left out of american public school programs at early ages can only lead to disillusion when this kid realizes that, in fact, he was never "good at maths." to begin with.

As for this one, the artist is obviously taking position against the depiction of property damage as a normal occurrence in children's shows, desensitizing them to disrespect of other's hard-earned houses and goods. In fact some of these children's show even mention it as an exciting thing to do, which is brought up by the pink figure depicted with a large smile, gazing at the many wonders that could be taken from this place.
