It's incredibly annoying to look at his gallery because everyone has the same low panties and detailed armor on top. It's very fucking unbalanced to the eye and drags it both ways. There is this huge empty space in the middle that is frankly disturbing to the eye.

reminds me of an experiment I saw, where people were shown a photo and asked to give their thoughts on it. Pretty much everyone said it was lousy or moderately OK, critiquing it and being overly nitpicky, even slamming it for "being turned black and white just to make it more artsy".
Turns out the photo was taken in early early 1900's by one of the most renowned photographers of the time, and had sold for hundreds of thousands of dollars at auction.

I really find it stupid that he tries to depict Alex to look like a man. But what makes it worse is that even if he did, the comic would still be lacking a joke.
Perhaps he could actually make her masculine? Maybe have the boy say something along the lines of "is that a trick question?" or something in the 5th panel.
