Okay, I can't recognize that as Dirk from Homestuck at all. The "glasses" did make me want to look at the filename though, and THEN I realized it was Homestuck related.
This is a terrible cosplay if they would consider this a cosplay.

It's a webcomic that's about kids playing a game that has a crapton of crazy things going on within it, and eventually these aliens called "trolls" join along in the fun. I can say it's a pretty good webcomic as I read it myself. The largest downside is the fanbase pretty much.
