Obviously she fell from what appears to be a cliff-like structure in the background with her Caucafrican tour group. The resulting brain damage led her to believe that the mangled corpses of her tourmates were candies and ice cream, and she has survived for weeks under their "sustenance".
Makes the most sense, really.
