Youve couldve saved so much time just copying the simple objects such as the ladders and gaurd rails and pasting them up. With that you could simply use free transform to get proper perspective and get the exact same effect as your final product (probably would have came out better, the perspective isnt the same for the first ladder (steps) and the second one).
edit- the railings perspective is off too.

I basicly traced the perspective. But I dunno could still be wrong..
and the quality is best if I draw it all by hand...
Ok I will go into depth on the perspective issues.
The platform closest to the screen gets smaller as it gets closer towards you, should be the other way around, thats why it looks odd. Since it the very first platform you see it sets up a certain perspective in your mind so when you see all the others following a different one it comes off odd.
The the railings closer to the screen seem to be leaning in two different ways, but this could be simply to the line art and when shading is implemented the flatness might be cured.
edit- Also the top stairs should be rotated more to the right, their lines should be parallel in angle they are going to the bottom stairs, theyre slightly off.

Eh greeneyes, pretty much everyone has been a mega dick recently.
Did a little doodle 10 mins ago. I've only been trying to learn how to draw for about 3 days or so, prior to that I only drew a little sometimes for some fun.

I was practicing perspective and my shading and it looked alright, so i kept going. I'm intensely happy with the legs.
Parts of it are odd... like they look pasted on, especially the wings and head. The wings look very 2D too.
I like it though.
To what lenghts do I have to go to not offend people, I seriously can't see what I have done wrong now

well I think you understand that no human being looks like the one in your drawing, so you probably should look up some anatomy instead of just guessing.
Do this from early on and you'll get better real fast I promise

practice drawing objects from life, when you get really confident try learning some anatomy, and draw people from life too. whilst you're at it, look at perspective. THEN try drawing stuff with just a little reference. whatever you do, don't stop drawing or you'll never get any better.
