You should do some eye studies.

In pencil.

You haven't really appreciated the detail and various colours and changes in values that the eye has. There isn't enough shadow on the eyeball either.

Feels like his eye is actually on fire, rather than reflecting one. Seems like there is too much color in the fire and not enough of the actual eye showing to show that it's a reflection.

In a reflection via the eyes, usually you can still see hints of the eye underneath the reflection if you focus on it, and the colors tend to be a little distorted depending on the surface the object is reflecting from. Look at pictures of eyes that have noticable reflections in them to get an idea of what I am talking about.

The editing is done pretty well. But that music! It kept distracting me, I suggest you use something less hyperactive.

Use something more elegant, it doesn't have to be classical music or anything... but dubstep, especially dirty dubstep like that isn't so great. Also if it's a promo video I wouldn't suggest having that bit where the driver goes off the track at 1:00.

Yeah I get what you mean. I like to try various types of songs, and see if they work out.

It's not a promo video like they need a sponsor or something. It's just to show off the team and the spirit. The part where he goes off the track shows it's not all serious imo.

if you're using after effects it has a feature where it fills in the missing keyframes, it looks really good considering AE is calculating what should go in between the keyframes

Branching off from this: When you slow it down in AE, use the free Timewarp option. Don't go too extreme. The built in plugin doesn't work AS good as paid plugins but it will get the job done.

You can add a camera to the scene and set the aperture and shutter speed yourself.
